Hi Ravjot,

This is not a bashing thread, this is just to let you know of some issues we have with you as Moderator of the CID forum.

We were used to having Mods like Nadii and Jyoti who used to occasionally communicate with the forum, at least make their presence felt - like listening to the viewbie about any issues that require a moderator's attention. But you have sort of neglected the CID forum.

When you were made mod of our forum, we opened this thread

Welcoming Our New Channel Moderator!

I remember I even sent you a PM asking you to visit this thread. I expected you to at least come and hit a like and say a thanks, but no. You ignored my PM.

I came to know you were away for a few days for whatever reason. I have seen these threads

But you didn't post a similar thread on the CID forum.

Doesn't the CID forum deserve to know this? Are we expected to hear this information from others?

We were asking for a moderator for the last few months and expected to get someone who is approachable and cares about the forum's welfare, but not a mod who doesn't even come to say a thanks on a welcome thread.

I hope this feedback is taken in the right spirit and hope to see you pop into our forum once in a while.

A few months back when Jyoti had turned a veteran member we had posted a thread saying channel mod needed for Sony

And we were so happy to see a new mod. We really were and we made a welcome thread. But you dint even come to hit like. Now isint this insensitive ? If some one had done the same to you , wouldn't you feel bad.

We are not bashing you we are only hurt

I was surprised to see DT away notice on all forums on Sony exept CID forum

Any personal reason for that?

You don't like CID forum? Or you don't like us? Even if you don't like CID it's your duty to visit it. And if you don't like us, I can't see any reason for that. Why this step sisterly treetment ?

I would also take this opportunity to thank Jyoti

She was a gem of a mod. Zee section is lucky to have her. You are nice too it's just that you have been ignoring this forum for no reason

I am unsure if that particular mod has any issues,or that it was always by mistake he missed cid forum,but such things happening repeatedly does raise a brow.its quite rude and insulting..actually ..being treated like an ignored child.

I pretty much agree with you ...there's no direct rappport with the forum mebers..itss more about friendship and discussion than the assigned post...

I completely Agree with Visrom'di when Sony itself is avoiding CID its very unfair that CID Forum is avoided by Moderator aswell.

I don't mean bashing but it feels bad. to be ignored among the other forums of Sony.

I agree with everyone .. you are a good mod. Im sure .. have heard lots of praises as well in manu forums .. and this is no bashing thread .. but we need you to give equal attention to CID forums as you give to the rest forums in sony.

As Vis mentioned about the DT going on break point, we had no idea about it unless we checked other forums. Imagine if Vis had been on leave then most of us would've tried to contact you for having our posts made sticky not knowing you're on break .. thankfully such situation hasnt arrived but this wouldve been one situational possibility.

Its just that when we have a new addition to our DT we would expect them to be someone who atleast comes once or twice and interacts with the members .. thats what we've seen with Ambrosia,Jyoti etc, and thats what we expected from you as well ...

Dont take this as a bashin thread .. maybe more of an invite than complaint asking you to be a part of cid forums .. we need to be considered equal as other sony hreads.

Actually I have come accross many posts on IF bashing DT. They are either upset with DT or dont want them

We on CID forum want a DT and we can assure you there is no DT bashing on CID forum

we like and respect our DT and we expect just that in return

Right now I'm feeling ignored just like the rest. I was sad when Jyoti di left as for me she was the best ever moderator.

I was quite surprised when I didn't see the 'Dev team away notice' here. I've came across the thread welcoming you as our new channel moderator and felt quite bad seeing no reply. Just think how you would have felt in a similar situation. A like button hit would have been appreciated too.

Though CID forum has an active and responsible DT, it certainly doesn't mean the moderators can simply ignore it.
No, we're not forcing you to actively participate in this forum's activities. But there are a few responsibilities which you must be knowing better than us. The previous channel moderators did their duties well and the same is expected from you. This isn't a bashing thread, we're just hurt and confused. Hope you understand.

After seeing a New color in Our CID Forum Dev Team, we the CIDiens are Very happy as Our waiting for Channel Moderator was Not Wasted and got a New Channel Moderator named RAJVOT...

I never even seen and feel HIS presence by anymeans in Our Forum Especially...

I know as a Channel Moderator He has so many Responsibilities but to fullfill them Approperiately and with Full Attention and Concern is His Responsibility...

we did not Compere with HIM to JYOTI (as I personally intouch with Her) as we knew that every Person has His/her Own Skills to handle the Situation...

We the CID Forum members completely Ignored by Him without any Reason either He did not take any Interest in Issues/ any problems even just to vist in Our Forum which is really Hurt us...

Might Be He thought that we are little Rough and rude and before making any sketch about Us, just view His own Actions...

its any Head responsibility to fullfill His Duty/responsibility without Ignoring anyone, give Proper Attention to all programs either Not Favoring and Biased to any One, Praise the Good which Motivated Us and Pick Our mistakes which Improvise US but completely IGNORING means He did not even Think about Our Forum, Care is Somthing beyoound...
