I have seen many Users having Long profile Pictures but when I try It tells me to CROP...How to you upload long pictures ?

You go to "Update Profile", then select "Preferences". At the bottom of that tab is an option that reads "Avatar Link". You can upload anything there, even long profile pictures.Hope that helps!
