@Vansgikha- you forgot to add the '?' between swf and trackfile, also there should be no spaces in between...those were the two problems with your link or else you did fine:)

you'll have to register with them, it doesnt take long really 😳 or use facebook/twitter to login

and then on the bottom right there is an upload option,

just click that and choose computer where you file is saved, browse the file and click start upload :)

when, you have the file , u copy the full hotlink beginnning with http and ending in .mp3
