That is what we are trying to change. They cannot justify doing stuff against the rules of IF! Does that make sense?

At first I thought my account may get banned because of raising my voice here... but I think we're too many people here now... and so they can't ban all of us.

Secondly, it's a open forum and everyone has their right to voice out their opinions so none is taken away their "freedom of speech". We welcome constructive criticism but demeaning destructive criticism that is meant to tear another member/actor/character down can't be encouraged and it's also very hurtful. Remember there is a very thin line between criticism and bashing which the members easily forget. Many of the members have been using swear words or even curses on the actors and that's not part of criticism. Calling someone a 'Bitch', asking them to 'go to hell', wish them 'death', 'sucks ass', 'dumbo ugly face' etc will not be tolerated here. If you think its part of your opinion and criticism then sorry to say this but these are just direct bashing and insult of an actress. Would you have accepted it if someone used those words on Barun or Sanaya?? I assume the fans sentiments would have been hurt reading that so the same goes for Dajleet and her fans too. The sections DT has already clarified why they implemented the rules and it doesn't just apply to Daljeet but also other cast of IPK like Barun, Sanaya, Abhaas, Deepali, and Akshay etc.We are not asking anyone to like Daljeet or Anjali. Infact we encourage the members to share their constructive criticism on the absurdity of the series's story line and character, as well as to discuss the actor's talents within the IF's COC without using any abusive words. At the end of the day, it's the tone of your voice, and your choice of words that makes the difference here.

Thirdly, I have come to know that topics containing bashes have been closed by the IPK DTs. You all may cry foul for such closure but it is done in every section mainly to see things run smoothly and to keep the atmosphere of the forum harmonious. It's a necessary step taken by the Dev Team, keeping in view the state of the section. Many of the members here have grudge against the DTs and want to prove their point right but remember it takes two hands to clap. If you think you have been wrongly accused/warned by the moderator, take it up with the higher DT instead of calling names to the DT. The section DT may be at fault too, we all are humans and none is perfect. Just point it out nicely to the DT that they are wrong instead of making any derogatory references.

Also do remember people visit this forum from the industry for feedback too, so that way it works as a platform, which is bridging the gap between TV industry and the audience. So any feedback and criticism given with good intentions may be taken into consideration by them but if its only insult and personal attack, none will take the fans feedback into consideration.

Lastly, do follow the rules and IF COC and see that the section's DT are not forced into taking actions against any of you.

At the end of the day, we are all here for the same reason: to have fun and discuss our favourite show so lets do that😳!

1. No one has the right to ban your account just for raising your voice. It is irrelevant if there are too many people or just one person complaining. I don't think they are that stupid. Also that would be illegal.

2. We are in a conversation with the mods. We are in the complaints/suggestions page. It is their job to read this and respond. The ball is in their court.

3. Let's give them some and to see if they want to change anything at all.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to resolve these issues.

1. We all agree that we accepted your Terms of Use. However this document does not say anything about additional rules enforced by section moderators. These changing rules are not written by a lawyer and is very subjective and is in violation of the original contract. As I mentioned in my post, you will have to make amendments to the original contract instead of these back and forth discussions on what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.

2. None of the members have violated the original Terms of Use.
This is from your Terms of Use "is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual"
The list of words you mentioned like Bitch, Go to Hell, dumbo ugly face in no way promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind! In fact "Go to Hell" is often used to express anger! This is where the moderators subjective judgement taking over Freedom Of Speech.

Why cant some one say " the show sucks ass"? "Suck Ass" is just a "slang" for bad. When a friend asks me "how was the movie" sometimes I reply "the movie sucks ass" Or when someone asks How's that club you would say "Its a suckass place"! So what is the problem if someone says the show sucks ass?? It is not our fault if the inexperienced moderators do not understand slang and take it literally!

Please amend your original contract with these new rules on what words, expressions are acceptable under your definition of "constructive criticism"

3. In response to your question - Would you have accepted it if someone used those words on Barun or Sanaya?
We are not Barun/Sanaya fan club. Absolutely no problem if anyone used those words to express their anger if Barun's or Sanya's action resulted in costing us our entertainment.

4. We are happy industry people are visiting the forum. But is this forum a marketing tool for the Production House or is this an open forum? If industry people are coming here to get real feedback and if you stop us from using the language we use, how can they get real feedback? When we hate something and hate a character, people will go to whatever extent necessary to convey that. When you hate something how do you use nice words?? These days all negative comments are systematically removed saying "Enough of Anjali Bashing" - But the reality is she is ruining the show and that is our opinion! However if the moderators are acting on behalf of the PH to maintain their image, I see why these comments and posts are deleted. That is ok if you clearly explain in your original contract that this forum is also a marketing tool for the PH. But it still cannot stop us from saying what we want to say.

5. The excuse of removing posts saying it is not good for children under 15 does not work. Please see our discussion above.
