This was a contest announced wit a lot of fan fare and many IF members put their heart and soul into this, spent hours and days preparing VMs, siggies, poems and what-not and the results of this competition have not been announced. The threads created have not been locked and there's no information on whether you are all going to judge and annouce the results at all.
Someone PMed someone (don't know who) and got the info that the result will be announced 'next year'. Now what's this? Do you take all the forum members for a ride by announcing competitions and then conveniently forgetting about them?
Organizer -Stutz-, you are responsible for this and the participants at least deserve an official annoucement from you.
There was another competition in the past which vanished without a trace.
If this is the way in which forum contests are being conducted, no one is going to participate in future.
Dear mods, please look into this issue and annnouce the results ASAP or at least tell us a definite date in the near future when this will be done. 'Next year' is too far off.
