The current Dont seem to be attentive and Suggestive in Managing Topics and Forums , She dont Leave a Message before closing a Topic ... We Feel Even More Strange and Wierd when she dont respond to us when the time we need her to Trash irking Topics but she all at sudden closes topics that we Love .. This Person is seeming a Dangerous Mod to our Forum and Forum never goes ahead and gets balanced with full of Polluting Environment ...

Request the Trusted one to this Show , As this show is Marking high Point points at TRP , every Romeo of IF is roving in and around this Forum to do a continuous bashing , they are hell bent to this Bashing Job

If it takes Long time to u People to give a MOD , then atleast till then request Nadii to do her Job and be available to respond with us all the time and requst her to be Alert on our Forum atleast till then ..

PS : Not any Rude or Not Any Anger on anyone , only thing that makes us Calm down is Giving a MOD does duties Trustedly and Perfectly without again Letting us take a Chance to Directly Approach Management People of IF ..

i Agree Everyone Do have a Personal Life , it doesn't mean we dont have time to look ,we have to create Time , when u are Handling a Big Job on a Channal with 10 Forums , where there are some thousands for Members are being online on that Area

World is Not so Pure to Expect Everything goes on its way !!! We Have to be Loyal in Doing our Job and create time for ur Job when it is a wide place to discuss about many things !!

What the thing Special in Handling too many Forums and Extra Works if u are unable to meet Many People Expectations on the Tasks that u are Handling , If u are not Succesfull she has to discharge some duties to someone or spend more time on the Online Time , But How can u completely sit without seeing a Report or PM for 48 Hours ..

Job Is Job , Personal is Personal .. We have to create a line in between these two if u want No one to get despaired on their Job ..
