Problem posting images on Celebrity profiles

Whenever I try and post some image on a celebrity profile it does not allow me to post it if i have text with it and says newbies are not allowed to post messages containing hyperlinks ... it does allow me to post it if its just the image ... but even then if i have to edit it it just wont let me post the image and give same message

I posted about this earlier too but problem seems to be unresolved still hence posting again because if I am still a newbie tou oldbies kaun hoti hien 😆
