^^i have done it already...and she clearly is inactive and doesnt reply and Vijay doesnt reply either...after seeing no way out...i had to do this...otherwise it will continue...

I'd suggest, give it some time. Since she's an admin, I am sure she's loaded with all sorts of e-mails, queries, and what not.

I don't know about Vijay, but Priya is quite helpful. Give her some time.

Hey Emma

First of all, showing that screenshots tells u pmed me on 27th cant see the time, but most be after I left from work, and then u make a screenshot on 28th that I havent read.

My private laptop has virus so I have been waiting to get it back. Secondly Sometimes we also have work and personal stuff at homes, that we cant make it on IF 24/7.

Looking that apart, I know u have been msging me and I have been trying my best to handle it. Also you cant see if I have warned that member or not.

Also I have noticed that mostly topics u have reported of him bashing u, have comments made by u, were u are kind of instigating him to say all this, also you have also bashed that member, for which your warning has not been raised yet.

And about talking about it openly, then there is a lot other stuff which can be talked about, but I wont. Being a CM and GM, we have a lot work as we have more than 1 forum, and also a life. So if we dont reply in one day or two its not because we dont want to, but as we are busy.

I agree Nadii, as far as I recall, you have always been helpful. I won't go in the details of the above matter, but I think a bit of patience would be good.

@-NAdii- : first of all I would like to tell you that I HAVE NOT MADE THIS TOPIC JUST TO BRING U DOWN OR TO SHOW HOW CARELESS U ARE...becoz i already have mentioned tht u have helped...but my point clearly was asking for a strong action since the rules have been made look at my right ...what i am seeing i am posting it again..

IF India - Forums does not permit how could user be freely allowed to pass such abuses on the opposite sex isn't it called injustice...and mind u i did just contact u only i contacted many other mods...and the result was just removing the posts...and in other topics it was started again...there was some carelessness of the whole website tht i am talking abt

next thing u said tht instigate him to abuse me...well if u see the survivor failing topic on TRp's just tell me ...how posting mere a topic can instigate someone to abuse me...he replied the topic with a vulgur abuse...and his abuse was deleted after reporting then he abused again...iF ACTION was taken, how he got the courage to abuse again...also i do realize my mistake tht once i instigated him...in a topic or two BUT I immediately edited my posts becoz i know the rules...but he didn't ...he had enuff posts tht should now result in a permanent ban...but i can still see him there moving freely anyways i leave it to the people and mods to decide.

I kNow dear:) but such issue shouldnt be discussed openly when its about 2 members and their fights.

I know that he has been warned. I know IF rules says that we dont permit whats mentioned, but we cant ban just because a member write that.

Warning has been raised whenever such has happend. FOr every member warnings get raised whenever they break IF rules, and once they reach 100% warning they get banned.

If something more big is done they get banned.

I can also see the member has stopped posting any such kind of posts since 2-3 days.

About u editing ur comment after making it, then it doesnt change it, cuz it has been read by me and the member, so its useless editing it after eeryone reads it, cuz damage has been done, and therefor member start bashing u.

Instead of keep bashing eachother I have always said just report the member and we will handle it, instead of keep bahing him and continue the matter.

But about this matter, I am handling it. And we also have rules when we give warnings and we ban members. So we need to follow them also..:)

@-Nadii - I respect ur feedback and i also agree to ur points that 'you are human' but we members are also human' if i had to open a topic for this there was a valid reason...and its not just a topic its abt every thread tht was going on survivor forum...and pardon...i never abused anyone in the first place...if u dont believe me u can check all the history again i have only replied since i was abused, i had to retialiate becoz i am also a human and cant tolerate such digust...

after this i have always made the first move to report u first...i remember editing my posts that were based on replies...which are obviously thrown in a Rage..i edited them all so that the topic doesnt become more ugly. we are also human and we can't entertain every possible abuse coming our way..especially when it reaches our family...we have to retialiate...but since i know my decency i quickly edited it atleast i did my bit...

yes the guy has now kept quiet but it will be interesting to see for how long...before this topic, i dont think there was any change, after making it i can see the changes now...anyways i have also gotten hateful and ugly messages from the same guy tht i can't even share...i didnt reply to any of them instead was waiting for the strong action...but he abused on the public forum...and he can again...who knows what will happen then ?

i think the mods are helpful...but i also can't deny what i am seeing now is unfortunate and shameful, appropiate action from the start can help escaping the situation from being worse..
