why cant i use avi for my profile pic

hey IF members
as i see around the forum many people are using avi(s) for their avatar(profile pic)
but when i try for mine it says that its too big
for example i wanna use this avi:

but when i click on update photo on my dashboard, a page comes and i browse and and get that saved avi on my computer and then it says that its too big
i dont understand why thats happening
if other ppl can use it then why can't i
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz someone help me

Dear to add avi you have to go
my dashboard - Update profile -Preference-Avtar link
paste the avi link there it will come as ur profile pic😳

u dont have to click in update photo
