wow what an answer just cuz the opposition party are us lot, u're gonna support sano. idc or give a damn about who u support, but just don't butt in a fight OR take sides cuz miss bluesoul we're not having a war here that u are taking sides😆

A few points

1. IP Addresses are a problem. If the company/access ares has an ISP that is meant for the specific audience, it can narrow down to which school u are going to as well. I dont think Moderators should have IP Addresses. The argument that they are responsible people is a mockery of what we have seen happen on IF.

2. I dont know if this happened, but if Madiha was stalked to her blog by a dev team member- plain pathetic

3. BEfore policing and setting up rules for members, have stricter ones for the dev team. If a dev team member goes on a tit for tat with a member in a forum, stricter action must be on the dev team as they are deemed to be responsible. Examples of DT going on a tit for tat mode can be obtained in several places including this thread.

^^ Agree totally abt rules for dev team members coz they r responsibles they have powers
If normal members have rules to follow n get punished then same shud apply for dev team members coz otherwise its utter hypocrisy
Its quite disturbing how much favourism goes on in promotion to dev team with frnds getting promoted it shud be done fairly n best member gets role on dev team

Ps there was a time wen i first joined i wanted to be in dev team but its too much time
Time that can be spent on ur real life
And wat ive seen n experience ive had
I never ever wanna become mod dnt want hassle besides it takes the fun outta coming here too much responsibility
Thers enough responsibility in real life why spoil ur virtual life with more responsibility

coming back to the issue, here's what one of my friends had posted on the other thread,im quoting her post here:

Gosh! I knew he had God complex but he's a creepy stalker too?? 🤢 WHEN IS ANYONE GONNA TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT DoucheBag?? WHEN??
Haven't we all already given enough proof of how rude, arrogant he is?? He does NOT deserve to be a mod.

Now probably, the same old routine will be followed ...some DT member will come here and tell us not to bash DB... they are looking into the matter and blah blah and then NOTHING... just NOTHING :| back to good ol' DB's Sarkar Raj :|

Anyway, I don't see the point in complaining anymore *snort* it's like banging your head against a brick wall.

I-F Politics ki Jai Ho! 🥱

I guess the topic got digressed just after 4-5 pages. Anyways.. when I see a discussion ... I usually take a side...which I think is the correct one. Thats what I did here. If you want.. you can ignore my comment. You had that right. But you chose not to.😛

@All: Just because I'm normally against the Mods.. doesn't mean I'll be "Forever" against them. I always need a reason to be against someone.

I'm sorry i wasnt about to go take a half an hour nap when i had been up for 26 hours already...and attend my classes....if they talked about stuff they were only trying to solve their problems..this is not about taking sides...it never was and it still is not...the thread got back to its point a last couple posts...i can't ignore your comment...if i dont ignore everyone elses' why would i ignore yours...your the same..

i second Caro here ...the mods donot need our IP adresses..id PMed this to VIjay and some other Mods back during the entire personal info leak fiasco..and Im reposting it here:
since the problem of multiple ids and spamming occasionally makes mods check on the IP addresses of members,i was thinking if the entire "checking on IP addresses" idea could be removed once and for all?i found an alternative to it.its a hack that detects multiple signups from same user.if a user spams/creates MIDs,the hack detects it and sends a pm to the admin.it would eliminate the need for checking on IP addresses.

i found the MID detector hack.is called Multiple account login detector (AE Detector)

http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/shoW*Hread.php?t=183268

but this,as much as every other plea for privacy and DT team complaint PM,fell on deaf ears...how many more proofs do you guys want??

i second that..No wonder guys like DB have a God complex...once they enter the DT,they know quite well that they are invincible and a class above us poor members and no one can ever touch them.this is like a caste system within a forum..I condemn this system. Most(and I dont mean all) of the DT are losers like DB with a lot of time on their hands to dedicate themselves to moderating an online forum like this...such frustrated souls arent expected to have much understanding or decency to talk to people.Since they are shunned by the real world and spend most of their time in geeky pursuits hidden behind their computer screens. The world mocks at people like them,so they take it out on members here.i can see a familiar pattern:
1)16-17year old school goer
2)pathetic grammar
3)pink glittery sigs decorating the profile
4)God Complex
5)abusive attitude
6)lack of brains
7)loads of time on hand to indulge in pleasurable activities like stalking and reporting
You have these 7 characteristics, you are qualified for being a part of the DT.
No offense to the people who do their job well.Ishaan here for instance is a fair guy.Knows his job and has accidentally landed up in the DT despite not fulfilling any of the 7 criteria.

I agree, ishan is doing an amazing job along with a handful FEW other DT members....and i agree that if they are DT members they should have stricter rules than ours, they have more responsibility doesnt just mean that they can have the same rules and get away with it. If they defend themselves against someone its okay because they are DT members but if we do it...its wrong....were the worst people and our warning level goes sky rocketing? W.H.Y? why is IF so biased? Why do people suddenly have an attitude after becoming a part of the DT? I know DT members who have ditched their friends after becoming a part of it...so much attitude is unhealthy..And again, this does not apply to all DT members..there are a few, who are doing their job in a mannerly fashion.

I agree when i was a normal member... I had a talk with few DT members long time ago.. but they were rude while answering back it was in 2005 i guess...I was very new then..
Some of the DT members were really awesome, they never have an attitude problem. Moderators should be poite to other members as they are human as well...
Abt the Above Quote, I havent written the thing abt gagan.. it was Farzana who have posted... I asked anjali who was the person i guess. but my statment seems missing there. As far as i know Gagan, She is a fab Moderator and she doesnt give warnings just like that..
