If it was closed by Mods due to some reason then you can ask them and if it got closed due to inactivity then you can ask them to open

Aisha-Haja it depends on which forum your thread is on. On every forum on top Development team members name is written. You can send them a PM. If no Dvelopment team is mentioned then you need to PM the global moderators .

Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil forum members prepared a celebration thread for the show completing 9 years... we contacted the mods we knew but sadly, not a single one replied, maybe the ones we know are inactive now.

The celebration thread was supposed to be GA.ed on 3rd March.

Now I'm seeing few celebration posts being GA.ed and I feel really bad for my buddies who have worked so hard on Kis Desh celebration thread.
