I say that a person who is unable to spell and write in logical English or Hindi (languages commonly spoken on the forum) should not be able to apply. Period. Secondly, I am in favor with eliminating the moderating system, but I mean I have to understand that some of the Moderators here have no life other than raising WL's and issuing warnings. We have to realize that these folks live deep inside their closets and have never ever witnessed a ray of sunlight. Now, do I really want to lower the bit of self esteem they are able to have through India Forums? 😆

Anywho, something needs to be done. There needs to be more of democracy and less of dictatorship when it comes to deciding upon moderators. I think we can go ahead with the idea of voting, but again IF is flooded with 12 year old fangirls who no matter what will never vote for logical members. AGREE! I have already given my suggestions on this issue in a different topic but nothing happened so I am not gonna waste my energy. 😉
