And there r three choices, A B C.

then one person shud be allowed to vote for A and C. in a single click ( by checking those two, and hitting 'vote' once )

And if he tries again for second vote, that shud not be allowed.

Now the way to do it,
First he chooses 'A' then he votes.
Then he chooses 'C' then he votes.
This has same effect as above.

But now he can choose A again, and can vote 100 times.
This destroys the poll completely.

Sometimes we need multiple option to be checked too.
so in that case there is nothing, which we can use.
