I have watched yesterday episode and by god the way kainaat spoke I got shocked she is so much insecure from Saltanat... and plzz don't mind I understood both the girls way of talking
Right now both are not some lovely type of cousins but a typical cousins who feel insecure from one or other reasons from each other
