She has warmed your hearts with a string of impressive performances in shows like Tumhari Disha,Bandini and Ek Chutki Aasmaan on the small screen,and Chhavi Mittal believes that she can,and will do even better from here on.I have always loved to do things that excite me and I like to challenge myself every day.I dont plan much and go ahead with a show only if its something different from the run of the mill s t u f f.Ap a r t from acting in daily soaps,I re a l ly want to host a show.It d o e s n t m at t e r what kind of a show it is,because I think I am very good at a n ch o r i n g and can add value to any show.I think I will be able to do a better job than what most people are doing at present on television.I just feel so confident about it! says the pretty actress,who is currently a part of the celebrity singing reality show Star Ya Rockstar.
About her stint in Star Ya Rockstar,she shares,It has been a fabulous experience so far.As a child,I used to learn singing.In fact,I had even sung for a television show way back.It had taken a backseat once I started acting but this show has given me the chance to relive those wonderful times,which is fantastic.
Talking about her roles on the small screen thus far,she feels,I
would say that it has been fun.In fact,none of the roles that I have played so far are anything like what I am in real life,which made the journey more intere s t i n g.Tu m h a r i Disha was a huge break for me,as I got to play the lead role as a fresh face.But Ek C h u t k i Aasmaan has been the most challenging project that I have worked on so far.Playing a nonglamorous character,I had to work very hard on my body language.I love such performanceoriented roles.
And what about future projects As of now,I havent signed any new show.However,talks are on and one of the shows that have been offered looks really promising.I should be doing it. she shares.
Ask her about hubby dearest Mohit Husein,a well-known TV show director,and she smiles,It helps to be a part of the same industry.Since he is into direction as well as production,I get to know every possible perspective on any issue.Besides,he is an amazingly well-informed and intelligent guy,who can talk on every possible topic.I am lucky to have such a loving and affectionate husband.
On a parting note,she shares her de-stress mantra,I really like to socialise and loosen up a little bit whenever our schedules permit.When I am with close friends,I make the most of the time we spend together.Besides,I am a big movie buff and also love to read a lot of n o n - f i c t i o n books.
