All are gathered in front of Ammaji's chair Even the saint (sorry don't know his name) is present. Ammaji comes down and sits on her thrown. Triveni and bauji fold hands as does Ammaji. The saint taunts about the case and the fact that no one from the Banaras is there and questions why not. Bauji interrupts saying that he wants this case down behind doors. Bauji starts by asking why did Shagun play mad and lie. And why did Alak support her. He then says that he wants answers. Ammaji says to start the case. The saint says that the accused is not even here yet. Shagun then walks in and says that i'm not wrong and have done nothing worng. Triveni notices that Shagun is holding the CD. Triveni gets scared and starts to says to Ammaji that i just realised that i know that Shagun has done a lot of wrong but she is like my daughter. Triveni says that i'm willing to forgive all of Shagun's mistake and asks that the case be stopped. Shagun says no. Since the case has started then it must gone on. Shagun says that she is about to give proof that can answer all your questions. It's all in this CD. Triveni says what is the need for this. Ammaji then interrupts saying that everyone has the right to speak. Shantanu takes the CD and places it in the CD player. Triveni looks scared. The CD plays with the conversation. Everyone looks shocked. Triveni says No this is all lie and my son can not do all this. Why would he kill his brother. Shagun must have framed Shakti. She further says that its not Shakti's voice. Ammaji says that why are getting excited about the CD. And if Shakti is innocent then why isn't he here. Has he ran away? but then Shakti walks in saying No. He says that i haven't ran away and that i'm not wrong. He folds his hand in front of Ammaji. Ammaji asks whatever i have heard is that true. Shakti says No and that all i know and believe is that i haven't killed Sumar. And the proof of that is Sumar himself. At the door is Sumar and everyone is shocked (camera pans on everyone..gets annoying😕).
Sumar walks in and Ammaji sits down. Shakti says that everyone is shocked that Sumar is present here. He says that i was also shocked when i saw Sumarbhai at the mandir. He says that he tried to run after Sumar but lost him in the crowd of the mandir. Then finally the police called and Shakti finally met Sumar. Shagun says No this is not Sumar. She walks to Sumar and asks Shakti what proof do you have that this is Sumar. It could be a fake; a look a like. The only way to know if this is Sumar is to check for a red spot on Sumar's chest. Shakti says that aren't you ashamed to take Sumarbhai's shirt off infront of everyone. Shagun says that it is the only way. Shakti says that if everyone thinks that this is right then fine. Shakti starts to unbutton Sumar's shirt (I wonder why Sumar can't do it himself😕). To everyone's suprise there is a red mark on Sumar's chest and even Shagun is happy. Shakti folds his hand and says that now you believe me. Shakti says now do you have any more questions to ask Shagun. Triveni hugs Sumar and saying that Sumar is alive. Then Triveni asks then what was all this CD about. Shagun says that asks Shakti why did he say all this. Ammaji asks Shatki that it was your voice. Shakti says that yes it was my voice. Then Ammaji says then you did try to kill Sumar. Shakti says No it was all a drama to get Shagun to stop acting mad. And if she heard all this then she would stop acting mad. Shakti then says that Shagun was right in her place. Any wife after hearing anything like that about her husband would act like Shagun. .Ammajji says to Shagun that now all the truth is out, tell us why you lied and acted mad. Shagun says in any case i didn't want to marry Shakti. She then tells them about her incident with Lala during the wedding (we just see clips of everything). She then says that until i found the proof to prove that Lala was Sumar she kept playing dumb. Shakti says that whatever God does He does it for good. If i had married Shagun then i would never be able to forgive myself with Sumarbhai alive. Shagun says to Ammaji that i want to ask something from you. She says that while Sumar was alive i was asked to do all that a widow would do in front of Banaras. She says that now that Sumar is alive and here, in front of evryone, i want the rights of being a Suhaagan back. She goes to the idol of Krishna and picks up the sindoor. She walks back to Sumar and holds the sindoor out . Ammaji says to Sumar to fill Shagun's forehead. Sumar stands there motionless.
