I think Sumir fell in love with the prostitute and than Shagun won his heart!

Well, I dont remember what happened in feb, but if what modishh said is correct then this is what happened from there:

-Sumir fell in love with a prostitute even after he was married to Shagun, so Shagun tries to win his heart, but he didnt pay any attention to her. Later, Sumir decided to get married to that prostitute (who wanted his money). So Sumir and that prostitute go to an old temple to get married, where huge rocks start falling all over, and the whole place gets on fire. Shagun comes running to the temple to save her husband from marrying another woman. Suddenly a huge rock falls on Sumir's leg and he asks that prostitute to save him, but she runs away from there, saying that she cant risk her own life to save someone else's. From there, Sumir sees the difference between Shagun and that prostitute, that Shagun cares for him so much, etc. So Shagun saves her husband and both of their relationships become really good with each other, and Sumir treats her very well...

-Later on, Alak (Shagun's mother) gets pregnant, but then has a miscarriage. To save her relationships and Amma ji's request for a "Waris" for the house, she asks this other woman who is poor if she could have her son and the woman agrees, when suddenly she takes her child back. Shagun gets pregnant at the same time, and she finds out that her mom Alak had a miscarriage and now she is looking for another child she can adopt, and when Alak cant find a baby, Shagun decides to give up hers, telling everyone else that she had a miscarriage. Shagun wears a burkha and gives the baby to Alak, and Alak doesnt know its Shaguns baby. **So basically, Shagun gives her child to Alak, but Alak doesnt know its Shagun's b/c she was in a getup when she gave the child to Alak.

-Sumir soon finds the truth that his son is alive, and Shagun lied to him that she had a miscarriage. Shagun tries to explain, but he leaves to get the child from Alak.

-Sumir's step-mother hates him for his wealth, b/c everythings named after him, so she and her own son (shakti) plan things out to kill Sumir. So when Sumir goes to get the child from Alak (secretly), Shakti and his ppl stop Sumirs car and take him to this dungeon place and start beating him up, Shagun comes running but by the time she comes, Shakti burns Sumir dead. Shagun takes the child and runs and puts the child on the doorstep of Alak's house and leaves.

-Then Shagun has to go through that whole vidva thing and all, and Abhi comes back to support her. She has to get her hair cut and all.... and right now, the track is that Shakti and his mom (Triveni) try to get Shagun to sign the property papers all on Triveni and Shakti's name, b/c Sumir left the money on Shagun's name. Shagun isnt signing the papers, cuz she knows that they killed Sumir for the money, etc.
