Twinkiling stars smiled through the clouds as they saw their saviour crossing through the corridors of the Palace of Ayodhya. Wind swung and touched His feet, He smiled and looked around, after His marriage to Sita, He felt to be more close to nature. He understood when they communicated and when they healed.
The very moment He arrived at His chamber His Bhoomija was leaving with her little sister Urmila. Ram frowned a bit and entered the room; unlike any other day he was not received by His smiling wife at the end of the day instead His Powerhouse Brother was sitting to welcome Him with all his 32 teeth peeping out of mouth.
"What's the news?"
"What news Bhaiya?"
"Don't hide anything my dear, your face has already shouted that you are jumping with joy! Tell me what's it? Why were you three called by the mothers?"
Lakshman scratched his forehead. He came forward and touched His feet. Raghunandan was pleased but confused. He brought Him up and held him firmly.
"LAKSHMAN?!"
The younger one couldn't reply, he just hugged Him tightly.
"Bhaiya, you are not going to become just a father..."
Ram broke the hug... "What is the matter Lakshman" sensing some tension in His tone, Lakhan replied in a higher jollier voice
"You are also going to become Jyesht Pitashree!!!"
Ram smiled heartily with all tears filling His eyes and He embraced His Lakhan laal with triple energy.
"LAKHMAN! LAKSHMAN! I just can't describe how happy am I!!!"
Ram cupped his face and adoring His small brother said, "My little child is going to be a father."
Lakshman held His hand on his face, with glittering eyes he nodded and said, "With you blessing, all your three children are going to be fathers!"
Raghuveer was overjoyed; He didn't know whether He could ever be happier than this. The duo just exchanged a wet look. They jumped in happiness and cried, just didn't know how to express.
"Where are these two?" asked Ram.
"Always behind you Bhaiya!" Bharat and Shatrughn stood at the entrance of room. Ram didn't allow them to fall on his feet. They were welcomed in Lord's arms!
After a while when their excitement came down they sat in a square and chatted for the rest of the night.
RAM: "Ohh so its 6 for me..."
BHARAT: "Yeah, 7 for me.."
LAKSHMAN & SHATRUGHN: "and 8 for us!"
Four of them laughed and admired their going to be promotion.
"Bhaiya, when maa called us they also mentioned that now they wish to go for a pilgrimage to Somnath. So we were thinking what if we all go as the girls too wished for a day out."
"That sounds good Lakshman! You all may do the preparations."
"What do you mean by you all, BHAIYA you are also coming with us." Bharat intervened.
"No dear, that is not actually possible. The king has no holidays."
"and who said so, " Lakshman made baby face, "where is my Bhaiya? We desire to go with him."
Raghunandan smiled, "Sweetu, your Bhaiya is here only but he can't leave ayodhya and the king alone."
The firmness in His voice cleared that no more discussion. But then the other was also ready with his answer.
"Fine, I am also not going anywhere."
"But think of Urmila Laksh, I strictly won't let you to leave her company just to be with me."
"But Bhaiya she is happy with her sisters only. Oh Gosh they gossip too much...".
All brothers laughed on his dialogue and the moment was caught by the ladies as they all entered with a "OH REALLY" sound.
Sita: "Is that so..."
Ram: "No my love only these silly boys think so". He again mesmerised her with his serene eyes! The gang behind them admired but soon shouted in chorus, "WE HAVEN'T LEFT YET!" to break their never-ending eye locks.
Sita: "Ahemm.. ya ok so if you guys are not going, My Lord we demand for a longer holiday."
Ram: (smiling) As you wish my ladies! But Sitey... am gonna miss my sisters.
Looking towards the young ladies He stated that how less time has He spent with them. Urmila felt the sigh Lord had in His voice. She went to them and said softly, "Bhaiya if you wish I can stay."
Lakshman sparkled but soon Shatrughn patted on his shoulder indicating Control' and further shared a laugh. Ram was super proud on His sis, she always understood His deepest emotion, no doubt she was Lakshman's better half. But to this decision Maandvi seemed to disapprove. She discussed something with Sita and stated,
"Aah... didi what were we thinking, Yeah to give a visit to Pitashree too."
Urmila twinkled on this, she turned with a big "WHAT!".
Shatru: "Bhaiya you are back to pavilion."
Lakshman: "Huh. But her smile made me happy." He stepped forward, "Alright Maandvi Bhabhi, you sisters enjoy your time but be back soon, afterall we have to pamper all of you." He winked and the brothers nodded by putting their hands on each other's shoulders sideways.
Ram: "Yes you guys get ready to leave, once you are back we will have lots of fun!!"
Happiness knew no boundaries that day in the palace. All the mata ordered to prepare some special food for their Daughter-in-laws.
At the Dinner table, the girls were wet in glee on watching the care their hubbies and mothers did for them.
Next day Morning Sumanta ji made all the preparations to drop all the ladies.
Again a moment was there to say goodbye, but there was only joy, bliss and cheerfulness in every eye.
