sita and Meghnad scene was just perfect ! Agree with you Shruthi as to the manner in which sita handles ! Just too good a dialogue and position by sita .Ram's message to Tara was so beautiful .

Angadh seems a good choice looks like a strong , dharmic and humble prince ( son of the mighty Vanar King).

Your take about Angad and Megnad was very good too.everywhere the fruits of karma showing up as per the seeds sown ! Dharma protects when it is protected !

A very good episode.

SIYA KE RAM- 22/06- ONE ROLE TWO WAYS

I loved the contrast between Angad and Meghnad.

Whatta beautiful thing sita pointed out. You are chained. You are not free to decide even for yourself. You are a slave.

On the contrary Angad follows what is right irrespective of his role.

Meghnad dies coz of his adharma. But Angad will sacrifice for dharma.

Loved sita-meghnad and Ram-angad scenes.

Sita tries to warn Meghnad but no use. The time meghnad is thrown away he does realize smthn is extraordinary but he's blinded with the duty of son. Idiot 😡

Ravan at the wedding spot. He's impatient. Meghnad arrives without sita. He apologizes. Ravan is angry. Wow!!!!!! Meghnad admits Sita is extraordinary. Kaikasi supports him. Bhai yeh chamatkar kaise ho gya? 😕 I ges I must have missed some episode.

Coming up is sulochana comes and informs Ravan about mandodari.

So I ges mandodari has opened her eyes and is hell bent on giving up her life for Ravan's betrayal.

The loop of her Satitva that opened with her journey to get Amrit Kalash has started in reverse order.

I noticed one interesting thing. Yes Krishna makes Arjun stand up and fight. But isn't that Ram does too.

He makes Sugreeva stand up for his right and fight telling he is there. Isnt he who finally makes Vibishan breaks his chain and stand against adharma. As he walked protecting dharma as a liberated soul, he liberates others also from the chain of adharma.

Same with his better half. As she walks with a freewill, she forces others to think and break their chains.

Ram breaks the chain in men, Sita breaks the chain in women. Isnt that they were supposed to do. Together yet independent. He is Maryadapurushottam and she is SthreeRatna.

They were very much liberated souls who knew the limits of nature and lived according to its laws creating the illusion of living within the laws of society 😃

Haan 😆 I may miss more shruthi cz am getting my eyes operated in the next 15 days. Today I have all the tests and left eye cornea surgery. If things work out and are normal I'll be getting operated in 10 days or 15 days..

Shruthi loved your thoughts - Ram n Sita respecting the laws of nature n creating an illusion of obeying the laws of society. They created an illusion of not breaking the law where as Krishna openly breaking it.😆

This past week they have reiterated the importance of not only following Dharma but also the fighting against it. Even if you don't do adharm yourself but if you close your eyes when you see it happening you are perpetuating it. By not fighting it by letting it flourish you are more of a culprit than the one actually doing it. What a profound message.

Loved how they showed the difference between slave/sevak, hope/desire, maryadha/Bhandan. Essentially these make the difference Ram/Ravan in us.

Giving the protection of chastity/patnidharm to a wayward adharmi husband is supporting him in his adharm. Ravan's uncle Kalanemi's daughter Vrinda who protected her husband Jalandhar in his adharm opened her eyes after Lord Vishnu even though she was his devotee, interfered. She cursed him that his wife will be abducted.(Sita kidnapped by Ravan). (many versions of curses)The curse is now manifested and have become the medium to open Mandodhari's eyes.
