SIYA KE RAM: 29/05: HITS AND MISSES The episode was exceptional guys...
I loved karthik today. What presence, what acting, what evilness... It was mind blowing..
The best part was why we love always about the show... The execution and top notch screenplay..
I loved the way sita's world broke. It was spectacular. I was looking forward to how SKR would deal with the abduction scene. And they have stayed true to the andekha pehlu plus the screenplay..
Whatta thought 👏
It was much needed for ravan to proclaim that the golden deer was his plan. It was mareech.
The journey from the wink comes to an end today. The journey of prakriti independent of sanskriti has come to an end today. Today the interaction of Sita with ravan has given her a piece of mind on something called "interdependence" and this that the equation may not always be ideal.
I loved the path the cvs have carved from the wink of golden deer till the voice of ram.
Exceptional development.
i loved that horrified expression of sita as ravan comes in his original skin. terrific
and the flashback.
cvs how cleverly you all have used it. brilliant ⭐️
and this is where ravan loses. this man was the first to bring out that sita was "ayonija" daughter of janaka.
ravan my darling, do you even know what you have missed in that chaos? you were the reason of the upheaval and you invited your death then and there.
that was the day when a girl was insulted but had kept mum. the silence on hr part was enough to warn you that your death has come. the silence would be the reason of your death. the silence that will break one day to remind you of your destruction.
and the time has come. the silence breaks steadily in a manner that you will pay attention to it. the countdown has begun.
You missed one crucial point there. " ayonija" did you think once what that could mean? if you believed in maya why couldn't you question that this "ayonija" is an extraordinary woman. you opened the histry of sita and janaka in a disgraceful manner but did you think once how can a child rather a new born kid survive under the soil? no, you didn't have time. you cannot look anything beyond yourself.
and now you have come for sita haran. trust me its not her haran. its your haran.haran of your life, your lanka, your prestige and your success.the timer is set ravan.
i loved how sita backed to be inside the rekha. and to her horror it vanished. that realization was bang on
" ab pachtaye ho jab chidiya chug gayi khet"
but again the focus on sita's dilemmawas spot on. again the princile of "ek,anek"
"my vachan" or "prestige of lineage"
sita chooses the latter.
one question to swargiya dashratha ji " was giving away shanta the prestige of lineage or your personal wish?"
another question to kaushalya " can you really define maryada?"
one complain to kaikeyi " why didn't you burst early?"
one advise to sumitra " aainda se kuch pata ho toh waqt rehte bak diya karo."
i saw shanta in sita today. absolute reflection.
sita does what shanta did years ago. to keep the word of a father is nthn less than the prestige of a dynasty.
but was the desire for sons right? the idea of giving away your daughter right?
your daughter lived in a hermitage throughout her life devoid of all the facilities.
your desire compelled you to commit mistakes. you broke the pillars for self-satisfaction. and now do you see, someone else has to live in the hermitage for resurrecting them.
one dialogue that kept ringing in my head was undoubtedly by ravan. " kisi ki behen ka apmaan. vo bhi ravan ki behen ka".
absolutely epic
wasn't shanta disheartened,disappointed and abandoned?
why didn't any male take a stand for her?
we do get justification. but with whom? Ram.
and here is the difference between ram and ravan. and the difference between shanta and surpankha.
i loved the parallels drawn here. one is justice of time and the other is justice by revenge.
what shata gets is the "samay ka nyay" and wha surpankha desires is justice by revenge.
results?
one was with dharma and other with adharma.
one elevates the dynasty and the other deteriorates it. whatta contrast
DP thank you for giving us the essence of ramayana.
the screenplay and dialogues are a treat AP.
Sita's back-walk was fantastic...
her world is crashing down. her prakriti seems to fail in front of maya who seems to appear from everywhere.
i loved how sita pulled out a knife and threw at ravan. and see what ravan does to it. he breaks it. sita is getting those bitter medicines together that too high dosage.
i loved the way she recalled lakshman's words as she was near the line.
but sita has to pay. not for her overconfidence. but for her lineage. she has to pay for that dynasty who ignored the injustice done with shanta. she has to pay for every tear of kaushalya, every heartbreak of shanta and every folly of dashratha.
sita has to pay to redefine the "maryada" of raghukul.
sita has to pay not for surpankha but for shanta.
lanka scene was perfect.
especially " mahatvakanksha". i was reminded of shantanu satyavati.
vibhishan warns kaikasi but every word falls on deaf ears.
piyali pls check ur lips yaar 😭 makeup dept is hell bent on making you other sulo. tone it down asap. you looked horrible i must say.
other parallel i loved was jamvant hanuman sugreev
what connectivity cvs
the person who can point the series of 7 trees in one go. difficult job but not impossible.
i love the no. 7 absolutely...
" TRUTH", "ULTIMATE TRUTH"
and as jamvant said the person will come on his own.
so yes the " ultimate truth" walks by himself. i hope bali sees it in time but i know he won't 😆
" the ultimate truth" also greeted ravan not once but many times. this fool didn't pay attention. and the biggest of all was "AYONIJA". gadha kahi ka.
cmn to the title
i choose " hits and misses"
ravan has hit it with haran but missed on "ayonija"
sita missed hitting ravan but she has hit well with the traditions of raghukul.
the 7 trees... jamvant hits it well with the talks of dharma.
kaikasi misses vibhishan's warning. but vibhishan has hit it well.
and what will be the final hit guys?
it will be luv kush. once again the ek will come to anek for justice but will be denied.
what overpowers ultimately? "ek" wins and " anek" looses. ayodhya loses sita in every possible way.
