Aside from what others have noted here, a few glaring things stood out in the episodes from this week, particularly yesterday

First of all, Ravan never brought Sita to Lanka to make her her dasi, as this serial is portrayed as showing. Had he done that, he would have been less guilty of sinning than he really did. One can be a maid to another man w/o becoming his concubine - Tara - Harishchandra's wife did just that when she was sold by her husband to a Brahmin to help repay his 'debt' to the Vishy meister. If Ravan makes ⭐️Sita do jhadu-pocha in Lanka or fan Shurpi or Mando, that would not be anywhere near as inappropriate as what he tried to do - cajole Sita into marrying him.

What they showed of Roma yesterday was pure defamation of the type Ayodhyavasis suspected about Sita - the CVs have to be genuine Roma haters. Roma was seized by Vali and sexually subjugated by him while she was under him. Here, they show Roma as declaring to Hanuman that Vali is her husband 🤢😡 Also, Vali never told Roma that if she marries him, that he'd forgive Sugreev. And even if he did, Roma could easily have accepted Hanuman's offer to be taken to Sugreev. In the original Ramayan, did Roma & Sugreev have any sons, like Vali & Tara had Angad?

And as Harani pointed out, the vanaras didn't join Sugreev in droves, just a handful did. Also, there was no public outrage at what Vali had done, since the Vanaras were a more permissive society. When Vali disappeared, Tara voluntarily accepted Sugreev as her husband: she didn't don a widow's garb, but she did switch back to Vali when he returned. Vali did take umbrage at that and possessed Roma in retaliation. And Tara again took Sugreev as her husband after Vali's death.
