@ Shruthi, Kaikeyi never doubted on her sons acceptance to her wish as she had once earlier (before the 4 marriages) had asked Bharath about his choice between Ram & her and eventually got happy when he took her name. Least did she knew that he was dreaded to even think that a moment may arise when he has to choose between mother and brother. Then eh said he will choose her because, then she was a mother (to all the 4 sons and not just Bharath) but now she has drifted to be a greedy, insecure woman who doubts even her shadow.
A son will choose his mother over anything in this world but he will never choose her shadow of the evening which will engulf everything else in its greed to expand its territory. Here whatever left in her now, after Rams exile and Dasharath's expire is nothing but her shallow shadow which is slowly engulfing her and she will not be able to see herself in that darkness.
