Great analysis,Shirley di & Shruti di
I'm just not getting one thing...
Nice convo b/w Ram and Sita but why does not ram make her understand the reality??Sita needs to understand sanskriti, the rules of the world and who would be a better person than Ram,the one who understands and respects her thoughts the most, she would definitely understand if ram explains to her
Ram is aware of the dangers that are lying ahead,as you'll say Sita needs to have the knowledge, the why is Ram not helping...
Would he repent later ,during her abduction???

@Ankita Ram feels Sita can safeguard herself. To him she has always come around as knowledgeable. You can say Ram at this point is that lover boy who is simply in awe of his wife that he does not see the chinks in her armour.
Sita abduction to Sita banishment is actually their growth to man and woman knowing each other limitations, each other priority and learn to live according to the situation.
If you look Lakshman-Urmila, Bharat -Mandavi and Shatrughnan Kirti has been tested by fire by this time and they have grown to accept the realities of life with the boon Kaikeyi asked.
Lakshman's guilt, Bharat's guilt, urmila and Mandavi pain, yet acceptance. Shatrugnan guilt, kirti support these are all signs of mature couple. Life is like that. Marriage is like that. Not the happy honeymoon Ram-Siya enjoying in the name of vanvass 😃

But isn't he Maryada purushottam??? or maybe I'm forgetting that he's born a human being and he has his own set of flaws...
And regarding the last line,Ram and Sita are in a way having the time of their lives... when kaikeyi said that u have to live the life of a tapasvi,I was like,''khatam ho gaya, there will be no romance...ram and sita will be 50 km's away from each other" but here everything is going the opposite... In palace they shared a hug only once(maybe more...but it wasn't shown) and here in the forests...
They are really having a happy honeymoon if not physically but definitely emotionally and spiritually😊

@Ankita having a normal process like any man in attaining maturity doesn't take away anything from maryada purushottam. Unless he walks the path of a normal man how will he show the path. 😃
This is where we have to see Ram as human than a God. He walked a path a human can walk, not the God.

nice analysis shirley and shruti ...and ankita ram not helping sita in gaining knowledge, also came to my mind ...but you and shruti later explained it correctly ... regarding sita convo with ram and taking example of nature to justify her point ...I made a different post EXAMPLE from NATURE... right or wrong (as it was little different from skr storyline) ...everyone here please read it (when you have time) and give your expert review to me ...I will be glad to read your analysis

@ Shruthi love your analysis on women's role. Another role I would like to add for woman is her perseverance...she will keep working to for the greater good of the family...and that will eventually make way for the growth of society.
I love two lines from the song from movie Hunger Games - " I got thick skin and an elastic heart...I am like a rubber band until you pull too hard". It's the heart of the woman that is stronger than man and from heart comes the emotions.

Janhavi...read your poetry and it's lovely...and I read many of them in your thread...actually they are all nice. But commenting anything more than that would be showing my inability to comprehend them fully. So you will always get all praises from me...
I am learning to comprehend all the analysis you all give on episodes...but poetry is far above my reach right now...😛
