@DD Sonam performance wise yes agree to you. And thanks for bringing the number 4. Well I vibrate with 4 what to do my birth date being 13, 4 always fascinates me. And you said Sita needed 4 flowers to reach the ultimate truth. Truth of how to be pure even after attacked by impurities. Once again back to 4 pillars. Dharma, artha, kama, moksha.
Those remaining 4 flowers is the beginning of new world worder, destroying the existing. But for that the combined knowledge of Prakriti+ Sanskriti not only has to come, but it has to be taken out and it has to be spread. In Haran Sita gets the knowledge of Sanskriti, but how to spread it.
This is where the 4 new people comes in. To bring out the real knowledge out, Ram needs help. In comes Sugreeva the new dharma or knowledge cum vachan palan who has the know how of how to defeat Asur sena, Hanuman wealth or Swadharma who knows his duty is to ensure Ram always has emotional well being by taking care of his near and dear ones at every point. Tara Rajdharma or Power who sends her son Angad for the fight of dharma, understanding what happened to her husband was his fault and in the long term benefit of Kishkinda she needs to ensure no new enemity brews between her son and her devar. Moksha or tyaag that comes from Lanka in the form of Vibhishan who sacrifices the luxuries of Lanka, even take the daag of being a traitor for the victory of dharma.

Shruthi I purposefully brought in 4 😆 I was looking at the whole picture like u. But as u know I have read Ramayana long back.. Itna yaad nahi. I would have tried but messed up again 😆
Its more of sita's journey now.. Sita has doubts, she has knowledge. But how to deliver it to the masses? The tym she's abducted, it would be sanskriti Vs prakriti for her. I have one shot for this.. But I really want cvs to show it... She'll be understanding sanskriti but will be questioning prakriti.. That's what the dead flowers signify.. She questions.. Is this a bad omen? What is prakriti signalling at? And cut to surpankha meet.. Shurpi told her that flowers get spoiled once she holds them.. Sita has met sanskriti. And c she gets a fb of her doubts. Again questioning prakriti... She'll be in a dilemma what's right and what's wrong.. Prakriti or sanskriti? And if any then how and why? Is it possible to choose one or a middle way is possible? I really want cvs to deal with it carefully. Plus the new promo... Its wow.. Lakshman is sanskriti and shurpi also is sanskriti which sita fails to recognise.. The flowers getting burnt in shurpi's hands was a proof.. Again with the promo, they are becoming feminist or pseudo feminist to the least.. What surpankha did was wrong.. Eyeing a paraya mard.. 😆 but will Sita realise this or know this?

When abduction happens the cycle will start... I want sita's dilemma to be shown.. If the cvs don't it will be a big failure. Especially what siya learnt from janaka and lakshman. The flashbacks are necessary..

Her doubts will be cleared when ram comes and saves her.

I was amazed at the numbers they used.. Absolutely 👏

C how it has started,

And what connects all? 'Lotus' I.e Ram..

Seeking started cz of him. Ram didn't notice the dead flowers but sita did.. He has given her some food for thought.

But only 7 were fresh.. She needed 11...

Ram was busy meditating then... What sita did was to go alone.. But lakshman offered help. He wanted to assist.. Meditation is associated with both seeking and enlightenment...

Sita went to the pond alone and met shurpi... And shurpi is the reason as well as the answer. But did sita realize this?

Now the things will change at abduction.. The incomplete journey of sita will be traveled by ram...

The burnt flowers were prakriti+maya.

The next will be golden deer. Maya..

Once ram lakshman return to find sita missing, their journey of seeking the truth will start.. I.e the 7s.

Jatayu will inform them.. As lakshman accompanied sita but left mid way to get smthn else signalling jatayu's death.. From here the journey of 4s start.. I.e hard work.. I.e sita plucking the flowers.. This will be collaboration of those you mentioned. The 4 pillars.. Lastly sita will be saved and her going to earth will be 11s I.e shurpi's nose off, the promo gave away a lot.. Sita scolding lakshman is a way of enlightenment that what he did to the woman was wrong. And this 11 will be completed when sita goes back enlightening the world that nthn is greater than self respect and mother's purity..

We see ram and lakshman after sita's abduction. But this is the journey of sita.. Not ram or lakshman..

Sita will be in sanskriti and her every experience will make her question what she learnt I.e prakriti..

And her doubts will make ram and lakshman start HER journey.. The ppl they meet will put their hard work.. And at end the victory.. This victory will be a confirmation to what sita had learnt till date was right.. She'll understand sanskriti but also this that her prakriti wasn't wrong..

Interestingly the only teacher luv kush have apart from valmiki is sita and not ram.. It is sita who enlightens the world...

As u talked of neerja. How she applied her experiences in the hijack scenario. Same will apply to sita.. She'll put everything of these 14 yrs with her kids..

Another interpretation is also this as I said lotus is ram. Lotus is purity, prosperity and knowledge..

To not let ppl point their fingers at the king, his queen chooses a path of thorns.. Again to preserve the lotus, the 7s,4s and 11s start. Cz this is where the pay back comes.. To free sita from the clutches of ravan all had worked. Now its sita's time to work to protect her king from defamation..

@DD you are not at all in coherent. I can make heads and tails of it. But to deeply analyze what you say we need Sita abduction. See Prakriti is Sita's soul. Burned flower shows that soul burning. Alone in Ashoka vatika over long months I want that soul to wane, not burn. If you see the lotus Ram brings is withered not burned. And then Hanuman has to come. He is the beginning of her reverse journey her faith restoration for once again lotus to bloom. Prakriti is never wrong, but it has to be applied the right way within Sanskriti.
That promo once Sita is abducted I want both Ram and Lakshman to remember it. That insulting a woman brings destruction, especially Ram. And that is the point where the relation of Ram-Lakshman will be tested. Will Ram blame Lakshman or himself. Will Lakshman fall guilty or will he support Ram.
Surpi was wrong, par Lakshman bhi kam nahi tha to be frank. His emotions, his free flowing emotions creates the damages. And this control of emotions will be what Lakshman will do in his battle with Meghnad.
His mistake of cutting surpi's nose in his hurry to protect his bhabi. And that is his lesson which will bring a maturity to Lakshman.
One more thing DD, Lakshman goes to take Mango. He specifically tells aam thodne jaa raha hoon. And Mango as per Hinduism is a symbol of love and fertility. So when Sita experiencing the Sanskriti with a lady in whose hands lotus flowers burn, has Lakshman gone to Prakriti to restore what is burning. Or rather true love.

@DD one more thing. What is black. That absorbs everything from surroundings and what is white that reflects everything in the surrounding.
A person trying to control, use others, do evil karma blames ecosystem. But the problem is not ecosystem but the problem is him or her because they absorbed everything from ecosystem.
Again white you cannot tell it till you are put in an adverse ecosystem. Being in a protective environment we can talk values, ethics etc etc.. but will all these stand in an adverse ecosystem . Will we be able to reflect everything. That is the test of purity.
That's why most people are somewhere in between grey.

Guess I miss reading some posts. Savitha actually the 3 kingdoms is a treat to watch. I mean the contrast they bring. I agree to you. We crazy bunch of people are enjoying the philosophy of flowers, numbers and all, because all of us has been discussing parallels , colors and all from quite some time. And when some of your hunches becomes true it is truly elating experience. But to an ordinary viewer I guess story has to move forward. They want action, drama. Even my SIL and my mom were telling the same. Dragging.
@DD that promo has sent me in a loop. See Gargi questions Ram on the vadh of tadaka. She tells when she heard about tadaka vadh she was not impressed by him. But when she heard the same man has given moksha to Ahalya she was forced to re consider her opinion on tadaka vadh.
Sita is the student of Gargi. So we can expect feminist streaks in her. seeing the pain of asura ladies she questions Ram on his dharma, now she tells Lakshman what she did with Surpi is not right. Just like Ahalya moksha, her learning is going to come when she is kept in Ashoka vatika surrounded by asura ladies. Let she see their behavior. Those woman who might have multiple partners and vasana mein dhoobe rahte hain. Then the eyes of feminist will open. And trijadha, mandodari and sulochana is bought into picture to ensure that she doesn't make all asura ladies black. She understands there are good people among them, but they cannot cut themselves from the restrictions Lanka has imposed on them.
Meghnad and Ravan reminded me more of Duri vs karna. Yes love and friendship between them is spoken a lot. But that can never take away the fact that Dury took Karna because in him he found a person who could defend them against Arjun. Karna never tests his friend the way Krishna does. He never goes and tell he will not fight to Dury just to check his reaction. He never tells strongly this war is adharma so his friend should back out. It was never the friendship of equals. Yes for Karna, dury was a friend, but for Dury Karna was a means to the end.
Meghnad advises ravan to give back Sita. But Ravan doesn't listen. The son dies fighting for father.

@DD making post after post as what to do ideas are flowing. Your equation of drona and aswathama. See in the story also drona gives the kingdom which Arjun won in the form of Gurudakshina to Aswathama. Half of drupad's kingdom. Drona never made his son make effort to get something. And he lived for providing for his son as they were in poverty. Only thing Star MB did was they bought to light this attitude of Drona with apt dialogue from Krishna.
We need to know on day 15 when both Arjun and Bhima are fighting wars they have lost their sons. Both Abhi and Ghatolkach is dead. Still they fight as their duty to defend Yudhi, to fulfill the promise made to Panchali and like warriors who will not run from war fields till the last breath.
And Drona he was the commander in chief of Kaurava Army. His primary duty was protect his army. His son was supposed to be secondary. But when crunch situation came this man throw away his primary duty of protection of his army and sat there throwing his weapons.
If you see in Kaurava army each person has this Achilles heel. Their ego was over and above selfless duty. Krishna only uses this the right way to bring them down. Bhishma when Shikandi came in front. Again commander in chief. Protect the army or do vachan palan to Amba. Bhishma will do vachan palan.
Karna he hated being a charioteer. He wanted to be a warrior. And look on the decisive day what happened to him. if you see salya as his charioteer emotionally breaks Karna with his sharp words and the lord himself sat as a charioteer to a prince taking him to victory. Did Karna or we need any better example to know every job has dignity if we do it the right way.
We should never disregard our identity in search of a better identity. We need to accept our identity and do our duty well there. Then of course way to a better identity will come.
Ratnakar was a thief. But he did his job as thief quiet well as he thought this is the profession by which he will do duty to his family. And look what happened to him. He became immortal by writing the Ramayana. The way to his greatness happened.
Never degrade yourself. If you do then one day what you degraded you will know the greatness of it or the importance of it.

Shruthi am reminded of our old days 😆 the first thread jaha sirf aap aur mein padey rehte the 😆 today is a similar thing.. Ppl are reading and we are on a roll 😆
Cmn to the promo.. Am in a loop with it. I really want to c how cvs take it but I ges I won't be able to watch. Didnt watch the episode today.. Some numericals have killed my mental ability to think and I still wonder why the book is in front of me 😆 plus the climate has given me headache..
I still want to c how they take the abduction thing.. Till date the whole set up from abduction to the victory has been ram's journey but in SKR with the lotus and the no.s am feeling its sita's journey.. And hence that one long post 😆 I don't know how cvs will take it or trp will kill it.. Gawd knows!!!

Thanks for the MB explanation. As I said never watched it with depth. I need to do that..

Plus this is I think my last post till next month finally 😆 or else am down the drain...

Guys seeing nobody. What happened. Where is everyone. Coming to yesterday epi. The convo between Mahadev -Parvati was the highlight. Where Parvati asks Mahadev if a bhakt is going in the wrong direction should God also turn his face away from him. She asks him to go to Ravan once and give him a warning.
It clearly showed the difference between a man's approach and a woman's approach. Mahadev tells there is no use going to him, he will not change. But Parvati says try. That's a woman. Till the very last moment she wants to hold things together, rather than destroy them. Whereas a man knows certain learnings will happen only through destruction of existing.
That's why the Kali swaroop of Shri Parvati means she has reached her saturation point. Tired trying to keep things together. A small sign that something will be alright she will latch on that thread to make things right. So the fury if it happens in a woman, especially the one like Parvati that means that fury has a big underlying cause of exploitation and restrictions.
Parvati's this nature is further shown when Shiva is forced to give the house created for her to Ravan. She does come complaining. How did you allow Ravan to take then house. But when Mahadev tells you are the only person who understands me, my limitations and my conflicts she obliges. A man makes mistakes, but if a woman understands why the mistake happened and if the man accepts the mistake to her a harmonious relation happens. The dialogues between Mahadev-Parvati shows ideal couple. Who love, who give, who take, who fight and who contemplate but never apart from each other.
Now coming to Ravan. If you make something for someone why do you take that. Because it came beautiful than you expected. And you don't want someone else to use your creation. You have to be in charge of it. For me it looked like when we have kids, they are supposed to be a medium through which God reaches us. It is said that every baby is a proof that God still have hopes in mankind, still hope that man will make this universe a better place. But just like Ravan taking away the house created for Shakti, we make our kids grow in this materialistic, competitive world from where the divinity of Adiparashakthi cease to exist. Because it is our child, how can we make the child give to society. The child should grow, get good job, get married, have kids and basically should be confined within the blood relations defined by the society. Nothing over and above that.
So Ravan takes a hollow house without the power of Adishakthi to Lanka. And fills it with all the material things. And look at him talking to lord Shiva. I don't care whether you come or go. You didn't come when I wanted you. Now I trust only myself and I don't expect anything from anyone.
Really isn't the same man who told meghnad to be a good minister. Problem with people like Ravan is that they expect people to act in a way that suits them. If they don't then they discard them. They do not give any importance to freewill. Understand that person can make a choice. And that choice always need not be in line with what he wants. People like Ravan are the ones who think every individual can be put in a single frame without appreciating the individual uniqueness
They tell they don't need anyone. But the truth of the matter is that they don't trust themselves. That is why they are trying to find trust in external things, which they will never get.

Shruthi, m here 😃.. but haven't watched thee epi so not commenting.. but being reading all ur posts..
will watch the repeat at 11.30, then come here and say if have anything new to share..(which i know is an impossibility..since u gals cover everything)

but since u seem to be in reflective mood.. can i go back sbout 20 epis and talk about a doubt that has been naging me since i saw it.. that epi was much discussed by all of us here.. but still i have a doubt... i realized just 2-3 days back why that scene bothered me so much..

please tell if u (or anyone else is free) for mmy shanka nivaran?😆
