Instead of the Raavan parallels until the mid of this week, it would have made sense to show kousalya and Sumitra s struggle parallel to kaikeyi's change.

I think though that the kk scene tomorrow may turn out good. A fuming Lakshman is in the offing.😆

I was eagerly waiting to see fumin Lakshman...and gosh..the precap fulfilled my wish...he seemed to have so much anger on kk words...dats d apt expressn from Lakshman...he z lyk dis only nd CVs shd not let loose d essence of lakshman character...hope they maintain it in upcomin journey..

every angry outburst against kaikeyi and manthara will be a celebretion moment for me, because, it was just so irritating to see having their ways, and i deffinatly want bharat to hit manthara.

Bharat won't be and shouldn't be hitting Manthara. As satisfying as it would be for us to see Manthara getting hit (particularly StarManthara), it would be against Bharat's character to do so. He in fact stops Shatrughan from hitting Manthara when he drags her down the hall.

Yes. In some versions Shatrugnan drags and beats Manthara to where Bharath and Kaikeyi are and he tells bharath that Manthara is the roother cause of all evil that befell them.

He tells bharath that the should execute her. Bharath even though he is angry still stops Shatrugnan and tells him that the only reason he is sparing Manthara is that Ram would not have wanted it.

The future of Manthara is not written in the epic, but some versions have that she was imprisoned in the royal dungeons by Bharat until Ram orders him to set her free at the end of 14 years.

Other versions state that Manthara's eyes were opened at the rejection of Bharat, and she self-imprisoned herself in an empty chamber without coming out for 14 years, feeling repentance for her actions against Ram. When Ram returns from exile, he meets Manthara first before anyone else and forgives her, easing the fire of repentance in her heart. It is only then that Manthara comes out of her chamber.

I think in SKR, Manthara already is going to be lynched by the citizens and stones thrown at her. We will have to wait to see if she follows the repentance path.

so today's epi was good, atleast no posts here after the epi does suggest that, or must be busy on holi. anyway, i liked ram's answer to dasharath. they showe sumitra's blessings to lakshman.

I honestly cannot see StarManthara repenting. We haven't seen a humanistic side towards her at all, she doesn't seem like the type to repent.

To be honest, I'm taking a break from this show for a while. I'm not happy with the way this track is progressing and the way the characters are being shown, so I'm going to just read the WUs for a while and watch again once it gets back on track, if ever it will.
