@ Krishna @ arijit

Hey So sorry , I think i swapped the author's name by mistake😲

I had actually copy pasted the content from a discussion we were having few days ago about story distortions by authors.

Again , Apologies!!!

But you have to give that book " Ajaya " a read, it's contents will make you scream in horror

I agree

Sita's outfit bothered me a lot. As if they finally decided enough of spending money on her clothes. But it feels like it's all done in one day.

Suguni track was unnecessary.

Lot of time wasted on manthra scenes and mandodari and Ravan.

Garbhadan forgotten.

Mandvi and Shrutikirti staying back looks wrong.

Also using one room to keep the arrow and making a big scene about the curse and all.

They need to stick to the original.

Has anyone ever read or heard about this character Suguni in any ramayana version ?

Shivam arjit anand completely butcher's the characters.
He just writes the opposite of what we know, heard read etc.
By writing from duryodhan pov does not mean making duryodhan innocent. But that is what AN had done.
I read a few pages felt nauseated.
Asura from Ravan pov is better I heard. But don't think I will give it a try.
Krishna being gray in MB is widely accepted as it was for dharma.
Sometimes we have to look beyond to understand the actions taken.
Killing of valli from behind is another argument that comes up in Ramayana.
These are incidents that us mere mortals have to understand not from just the surface but in depth.

@bold: This comes in Kambar Ramayan. I differ with this.
When Vali fights with Sugriva, Ram will be standing there and not hiding. But as per Kshatriya dharm, when two involves in yudh, third person should not take part, but Ram involved in the fight. Vali scolded Ram for breaking the Kshatriya dharm and so Ram told he will be the cause for his death in next birth(avatar).
I hope Tamil debate on Kambar Ramayan be stopped based on this wrong assumption. So many beautiful things are there in Kambar Ramayan, but I don't know why people often take this as topic. This is my POV and not against you Jai

ramya, hehe, as i mentioned the argument pops up many a times.
and even if u say something against, no problem da.
Arguments and discussions are always helpful in knowing more.
except that the arguments should not escalate into a fight 😃

Its true Jai. I saw one kambar kazhagan pattimandram (debate about the vali padalam) and those who talked on the side of Vali rendered some unacceptable blames on Ram. They concluded by saying Ravan had many good qualities than Ram, seriously😡. From that day, I stopped watching debate on Ramayan.😆
