@DD beautiful explanations, yes I connected Vibhishan and Ravan when Shiva said it. And again I connected Jal or Tap when Janak said it. But in addition to what you said, I want to add one more point on Jal and Tap.
Before that let me tell you Ganga is not Vishnupatni she is Vishnupadi meaning one who resides in Vishnu's feet. Touching Ganga is equivalent to touching Vishnu's feet and seeing her is seeing Vishnu's feet. Just like Vishnu's feet that grant Moksha, in the earth Ganga is the medium through which Moksha is granted.
We have to know one thing here. Though Ganga resides in Vishnu's feet, she is pure and Lord has blessed her to give mukti to people through her. In a way Ganga represents the nature. The water. Is there life without water. Actually no. It is the water from the eartlhy water bodies that vaporizes forms clouds and fall as rain. And only when rain comes agriculture is possible. Food can be grown. Prithvi becomes green. Air becomes cool. So we need to understanding by worshipping Prakriti, respecting Prakriti once gets mukti or one reaches Vishnu's feet. You cannot reach Vishnupad without respecting prakriti or woman. Those who kill female foetus in the womb to get male child for mukti should remember this. Koi moksh milne wala nahin hai.
Now coming to Speed or water and heat of agni. If you see this is the aspect that defines them. If these aspects are gone their identity is gone. Same is the case with women. When married they try to change so much that they forgo their basic nature.
So for me in a way it symbolized even in the tiring circumstances Water or Urmila will keep her speed and Mandavi or agni will keep her taap. Only thing is that jal will have speed that nourishes, but agni mostly its taap will burn Ayodhya. And jal will always have to take care of agni so that tap doesnt end up destroying everything.
