The whole scene was necessary. Now u c d gals are leaving to a different country altogether. They would be by themselves. In a nutshell leaving behind their protection that is their parents... Being emotional is a natural reaction...

Now, stopping and running back...

If u have noticed it was sita who stopped first. Then camera pan on urmila. Sita turns back and runs. Urmila follows and then mandvi kirti. It meant in a futuristic approach that sita would be alone... She will be lonely through her journey... As the 4 pillars state - dharma will begin, arth shall follow... In that way sita started urmila followed... So projecting this into the future, sita will accompany ram on exile... But without urmila following her sister's footsteps, the dharma will remain undone. Rem urmila let her husband go with them, she was also on exile in the palace...
And the way they hugged... Sita, kirti with janaka. If u c out of the 4 only kirti stayed with her husband and did all the duties... So sita will direct, kirti will act... Urmila hugged sunaina.. She'll be the support.. She'll reflect... That is she would be on exile... Cmn to mandvi she's going to roar with sorrow... Trust me...

And this scene was necessary to show how and where the sisters will stand...

The cvs dwelled on ram sita equation for the whole week... It was necessary to bring this out to justify all the characters ...

@shruthiravi
Di apne kya explanation di hai

we should never forget the roots from where we emerge
Leaving the past behind and starting afresh is really a hard decision
As you said Sita ran back to just give a perfect end and begin her new life👏
This is what i felt
A girl has to face two inner turmoils
most important thing she will be leaving her parents behind and more than that her home the place where she is bore and spent the most memorable time there
Ghar Agnaa may be her College(gurukul) and all
All of the sudden she will be all alone with the new family
Remember Janak adviced her to win hearts of people in sasuraal
and if their any words hurt you it means that they have nt got a chance to know you since your birth.
And as your parents we saw you builting yourself in front of our eyes and grow up into a complete individual and we know the things in which your happiness lies but the people at your sasural never got a opportunity know what you are so if their words hurt you just be patient and try to understand their mentality.
He also said apni atma samman ke liye agar agni pareeksha bhi dena padae jarur dena
i loved Janak and Sita's coversation to the core in the episode

sorry mein der se iss thread pe activie hui hu😆😆😆
ab se aap meri stupid thoughts se app ki dimag khanewali hu😆😆

Thank you for putting my pm here manas 😃

And yes janaka-sita scene was ⭐️. I loved it...

And nahi aap Humara dimag nahi khaane wali hai... Woh Bas aap der se prakat hui hai isliye aap ko aisa prateet ho raha hai 😆

@DD went through your analysis. I agree to elements theory. Mandavi is fire. And the quality of fire is that it takes all the impurity, yet remains pure. The only element which has that quality.
And coming to the play part. Yes Mandavi plays the demon who is conquered by Sita sitting on the sher.

To your analysis I want to add one important part. You should never look at any sister in isolation. If you remember the sisters do a play , where they are trying different poses, nothing goes right and then Sita comes and stand in the front and the reflection on the wall shows Nav Durga.

And what is in the quality of Durga. What is she actually. Durga protects the right people, but she destroys the evil. Evil particularly a man's ego.
Durga is the killer of a man's ego. She is the incarnation of Goddess Shakti born to kill Mahishasur who got a boon no man can kill him. He didnt think of asking a boon about woman because he felt woman is inferior to him and she cannot do anything to him.
Durga proves this theory wrong to Mahisasur in just 9 nights and 10 days, bringing him to where he belongs, under her feet.
And Durga shows the fate of every man who undermines a woman with this symbolism. Destruction of him, destruction of his kul.

So the 4 girls who are entering Ayodhya are entering as the representative of Navdurga. To destroy bad and to preserve good.

Mandavi as demon in the play represents a man's ego which is taken down by Goddess Shakti played by Sita on the vahan of sher which is played by Urmila. Kirti was Indra who didnt know what to do.

Again Kirti is an observer, who can function only when knowledge wins over power.

And there is another scene in which the girls coming to Vishwamitra's ashram and Mandavi wants to go back as she feels afraid and tired of the jungle. Sita decides to stay back for service, Urmila and Kirti support Sita.
Seeing all her sisters together Mandavi too joins them. So though emotional Mandavi's sisterly love is very prominent and she doesnt want any happiness while her sisters are suffering.

So Sita once again forms the lynchpin in the whole scenario. Dharma or knowledge who knows the power, same like Ram who knows the power.

When Sita decides to leave with Ram she is leaving open the king and queen position for Bharat and Mandavi to take over. Presence of Sita in the palace can be awkward to Mandavi as she cannot order her elder sister as queen.

Now Urmila she is duty bound. She knows her husband's duty is to protect his elder brother and wife and in the hour of crisis the best she can do is to stay in palace and support him by taking care of mothers.

We need to understand Sita and Urmila doesnt speak anything. They just do the duty.

When these incidents are running Bharat Mandavi, Shatrughna Shruthakirti are not there. When they come back they are faced with death of Dasrath, vanvass of Ram and a completely destabilized scenario

If Bharat will explode at Kaikeyi, Mandavi the fire I am expecting to explode on other 2 mothers asking them what they were doing when her elder kul vadhu walked to jungle and one of her younger kul vadhu is left bereft in palace.
She will explode like anything exposing the so called Maryada of Raghu kul asking is putting woman to suffering is their maryada, is giving free hand is going to be their maryada.

The explosion will create such a ripple that the whole palace for once will understand the price of suppressed emotions.
Mandavi is not going to leave Manthara. She is the one who is gonna question who gave such free reign to a dasi.

So Sita with her actions will ensure the fire or the power Mandavi explodes destroying the ego of Ayodhya, but at the same time preserve the goodness of Ayodhya.

Sita's walk to jungle is what is ensuring Mandavi destroys what needs to be destroyed and nothing else. She takes the impurity and will remain pure.

And Kirti having seen everything, she will function as air. The presence not felt, but absence surely observed.

Thanks for elaborating shruthi...

Navdurga 👏

Yes I forgot to add ashram scene... Thank you again 😳

Yday, the thing that pulled me really was mandavi hugged chandrabhaga...

I ges that what took me to write on mandavi...

Finally the pieces have started falling in a place...

Mandavi has to erupt... She has to... I got this inkling during bharavi scene and the proposal scene... The way she sunaofies bharat I only had one thing raghukul walon Bach k rehna iss aag se... 😆

One more scene.. The first bharavi scene... The tym when lakshman shatrughna tease bharat and ram comes...

Ram's dialogue then, has glued into my mind.. He says mandvi acchi ladki hai...

I ges even he knew they need a bombshell like her 😆 who'll destroy everything for new things to form...

And yes you pointed out right...

Sita urmila will do their duties without speaking anything... Mandvi has to destroy everything so that kirti can support in forming new things...

Here am reminded of how sita sent Kirti to bharat and ram to inform them of mandvi's decision... So she first messed it and sita sent kirti to mend it...

A similar thing is bound to happen... Mandvi will erupt... She'll set things in motion by inducing guilt and regret in raghukul... And once the turbulence is over, kirti will act on...

Yday I was bowled over by the way cvs are giving different dimensions...

If ppl think this is going out of the script they are wrong...

These tracks are the chota chota ones which will join hands to execute the bigger one...

And I believe there has to be someone who speaks out their heart... Suppressed wala hi sahi... At times it is needed...

And this is where Vashishtha's advise to dashratha fits " tumhare Mann me rajsrishi janaka ke anya putriyon ke liye jo vichar utpana hua hai usme raghukul aur ayodhya ka heet nihita hai".

Beautiful interpretations @Janvi di , shruthi di and manasa di
There is little to add up , truly mandvi is fire who takes all the impurity and leaves purity.
As stated by shruthi none can live alone when the fire will rise , the water will calm it .this reminds me of urmilla and mandvi fighting both of them are needed in constant propositions , whenever the fire erupts the water calm it , juslike when chandrabhaga erupted , sunaina calmed her .
Also when mandvi was in tension about bharats decision , urmilla pointed that she should have thought and acted .
This is the quality of fire , when it ignites it burns everything .
Now coming to kirti and mandvi
The fire cannot ignite without oxygen and then the smoke enters into air .
Taking on mandvis decisions will affect kirti and just like she became the messenger , she will the oxygen for fire to burn .

Now another thing that came up my kind
When a pot ( matka ) is made
First the soil is taken ( that's sita ) but it can't act alone so water is added to give it shape and support . after that it is heated so that it becomes solid and finally it is left in the air finally .

WOW Charvi what a symbolism of pot I simply loved it. And I never even thought about it. 😃.
Since you talked about matka let me talk to you about one festival in Trivandrum. Attukal Pongala( DD out of context hope you dont mind) . This year it is happening on 23rd Feb. You will ask what is so special about this festival. The festival is special because on a single day close to 30 lac women assemble in Trivandrum city to offer Pongala( a sweet made of jaggery, rice, ghee and grated coconut) to the Goddess of the temple in Attukal Trivandrum. And this pongala is supposed to me made in matka as it is believed matka is the representative of our body which is made of 5 elements and the pongala in it is our soul. As the pongala is offered in earthen heaths when the pongala is boiled over and spills it is believed that we are surrendering our soul to the Goddess.

So I have wondered over this matka the reperesentative of body made of 5 elements. Today your post clarified it.

Another interesting point of this festival for you as a sociology student ( I understand you are doing sociology) is the way it happens. The way people come together from state department to ploce department to medical department to NGOs and self help group to conduct this event smoothly, you will see what is possible when people stand united. Irrespective of 30-35 lac people assembling in a city on a particular day with earthen heaths across lengths and breadths of the city, so far no serious accident has happened by the blessing of Goddess or the unity of humanity, dont know and the next day city will look like whether such an incident happened here or not. Everything is cleaned up.

You can read more about this festival here
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attukal

And if interested you can also try to watch the pongala festival live on Janam TV or Asianet News live from 9am on Feb 23rd. It is available in you tube also

Thanku so much di 😊
This is so beautiful that's why its said that you should keep your body fit to reach the higher plain and connect tobit as the body is a source
Their is no power that can control the belief of people
It can change their life

Thanks for sharing the info di
And for sure I will catch it on YouTube .this would be a great help.
And di socio is one of my subjects ( the favourite ), right now I have humanities with me .

SIYA KE RAM- 22/02/16-
POSSIBILITIES

Am glad Shanta was mentioned ⭐️

I had waited for this... Finally ram ji ne meri muraad puri ki...

Vibhishan makes an entry... That too with Vishnu stuti... And am super impressed with the cvs for this 😃

What really troubled me was mandodari's mention of how the two brothers were different... One a bhakt of Shiva and other a bhakt of Vishnu...

Vibhishan cleverly replied what more important is the "bhaav of bhakti".

The way the sisters sat in the tent- mandvi first, urmila in the middle and kirti at last.

Sita sat with urmila... Mandvi at sita's feet and kirti at urmila's feet.

Am glad they came up with this scene...

Especially when sita said why mandvi and urmila even when together were quiet?

This rings a loud bell... Now project and connect... 😉

What will happen in sita's absence? Am more curious of will mandvi and urmila share their pain with each other? Or will they succumb to their personal grief? Will they remember what wisdom their sister gave them?

Shruthi we were right about the play scene...

Before sita came everything was scattered...

Today she observed her sisters as they stood in the rath...

She went to guide them... And what an explanation 👏

Past, present and future... About daan... I don't think I need to elaborate this... The scene was WOW!!!

For a change loved bharat today 😆

Didn't observe Vashishtha scene much... What was the sequence? Sita-urmila-kirti-mandvi? Pls elaborate this if anyone has watched... So yes the sequence was RS-LU-SK-BM.

As per my interpretation it is-

Shatrughna is the avatar of "shankh"
Bharat is the avatar of "sudarshanchakra"
Lakshman is the avatar of "adishesha"
Ram is "Vishnu" himself.

So the thread was first tied to "Vishnu" the one who will fight the war.
Then "adishesha" the one who will protect.
Then "shankh" to declare the war.
Then "sudarshanchakra" to kill the demons.

As it is they are going to dandaka van and a battle awaits them..

So I suppose this analysis fits.

The mention of bhaagiratha and Ganga... Made me dance... 😆
Don't ask why... My name means Ganga 😆. I become super excited when Ganga comes anywhere... 😉

Coming to the title possibilities... Why did I chose this when there was so much?

Mandodari comes to vibhishana to c the possibilities of saving ravana

Vashishtha gives a direction to reach ayodhya by praying to Ganga.

Dashratha gives a possibility of reaching ayodhya first.

Ram suggests to meet Shanta... Even this is a possibility..

Sumantra suggests a possibility of staying for a night.

Sita suggests a possibility of either looking back or front.

Vibhishan gives a possibility of taking her father's help.

The terror clan and the jokers figure out possibilities of defeating ram and taking away mithila sisters... Idiots 😡 doob maro 😆

Lakshman senses a possibility of danger and informs bharat..

My question- will the diya prajwalan be a possibility of increasing danger?

P.S- Silent readers do share your thoughts... Its great to discuss ideas... 😃

@DD I missed first part today. But I will put from the travel part 4 pillars theory. We are going correct. First of course Ram-Sita Dharma, followed by Lakshman- Urmila arth, Bharat-Mandavi kama or power, Shatrughna- Kirti ( I am going to use abbrevations RS- Ram Siya, LU- Lakhan Urmila, BM-Bharat Mandavi, SK- shatrugna kirti)
Now again the tent scene if you see Sita goes near urmila. Dharma to arth. And it is to arth she speaks the first words of wisdom, Mandavi comes and sits at Sita's feet. Power is always at Dharma's feet. I mean the one who doesnt respect the knowledge doesnt have the real power. Kirti at Urmila's feet. Arth takes the wisdom from Dharma and moksha can be obtained only by having wealth that has wisdom too.

Now when sisters go out. Sita again in front alone. 3 sisters behind in line. I guess the order was urmila, mandavi, kirti
And Lakshman is the one who sees them ,gets alert for their safety. Again the real wealth. One who observes, one who is concerned about near and dear ones.

So CVs are putting 4 pillars theory into the script.
