I actually expected kaikeyi to get annoyed when she comes to know that other brothers are getting married as well..(based the way they showed her character before)... Like she doesnt know anything abt mandavi except that she is sita's sister,is that the only reason she is happy? Please share your views guys... I respect kaikeyi as well,just getting confused with this thing,that why she didnt question dashrath's decision abt their other 3 sons...

Ps: totally my views.

Found it very strange that she has a hard time accepting Sita but not Bharat's wife.

Inconsistency in writing perhaps or perhaps manthara will come and set her back to her old self?

Well from the looks of promo, I feel Kaikayi's brother comes there and puts up the question that Dashrath didn't ask her before deciding Bharat's marriage with Mandavi

Kaikayi, I feel,as another is happy now, maybe coz she trusts Dashrath

But I am sure her brother will create rifts there in her mind doubting her authority...

I was confused too, seems like a total 180 from where she was a few weeks ago. She only agreed to Ram's marriage to make Ram happy. So why is she happy the other brothers are getting married in the same kingdom that she thought was "low"? I wish they had instead showed some scenes in between where they explained that Keikeye had come to understand Mithila's greatness, or had received news of the other sisters and how nice they seemed, etc. Something to explain this reaction.

On a separate note, she seems totally positive as a character now. I wonder if the writers got complaints that they were showing Keikeye "incorrectly" according to the written Ramayanas? In the Ramayana, Keikeye only turns "evil" after the marriages, and only then when Manthara poisons her mind against Dashratha crowning Ram king.

BTW, while it struck me as odd, I also was happy she didn't do any drama. The less of her drama, the better. But I guess her brother will be arriving tomorrow to do the drama part!

she is so happy😲😲😲
i don't really understand her character 😕CV's have tarnished her character enough and suddenly they are making her act soo sweet😆😆😆
and Kaikeyai's brother his conversation with Maharaj Dasharad🤣
abhi toh pata nahi aur kitane logon ko jhelna padega🤣
its becoming so boring

See Kaikeyi trusts Ram, if not Dasrath. The letter from Ram about Mithila had warmed her heart and she trusts her elder son very much.

So the place from where Ram has taken the bride, the place from where Ram has got her mirror image, the other girls should be same. Ram has a huge impact of Kaikeyi. She really loves Ram and on her own she doesnt hide those happiness also.

But the problem is Dasrath has hurted her, and her emotional imbalance on that front is used by her brother and manthara. If Dasrath had been a bit understanding with kaikeyi and has not announced Ram's coronation in Bharat's absence I dont think she would have created mess.

When I saw her smiling and happy I was shocked seriously is she same kaikey who was not ready for ram Sita marriage and saying mithila is small state can't match ayodhya royals and now happy for four princess from mithila coming as her daughter in law..

I agree , i was literally surprised of her reaction 😲 Going by wat they have shown of kaikeyi , she should have been shown lil hurt that her husband had taken this decision without consulting her !!

May be , they should explain it in later episodes 😕 Btw I loved how shatrughan handed the glass of water to shruthkirti 😉 It was cute & romantic too 😆
