Wasn't kaikeyi's reaction a bit unexpected one?

I actually expected kaikeyi to get annoyed when she comes to know that other brothers are getting married as well..(based the way they showed her character before)... Like she doesnt know anything abt mandavi except that she is sita's sister,is that the only reason she is happy? Please share your views guys... I respect kaikeyi as well,just getting confused with this thing,that why she didnt question dashrath's decision abt their other 3 sons...

I was confused too, seems like a total 180 from where she was a few weeks ago. She only agreed to Ram's marriage to make Ram happy. So why is she happy the other brothers are getting married in the same kingdom that she thought was "low"? I wish they had instead showed some scenes in between where they explained that Keikeye had come to understand Mithila's greatness, or had received news of the other sisters and how nice they seemed, etc. Something to explain this reaction.

See Kaikeyi trusts Ram, if not Dasrath. The letter from Ram about Mithila had warmed her heart and she trusts her elder son very much.

When I saw her smiling and happy I was shocked seriously is she same kaikey who was not ready for ram Sita marriage and saying mithila is small state can't match ayodhya royals and now happy for four princess from mithila coming as her daughter in law..

I agree , i was literally surprised of her reaction 😲 Going by wat they have shown of kaikeyi , she should have been shown lil hurt that her husband had taken this decision without consulting her !!

May be , they should explain it in later episodes 😕 Btw I loved how shatrughan handed the glass of water to shruthkirti 😉 It was cute & romantic too 😆
