I m loving this show. Ashish is superb but I am liking Laxman more. His character is very vibrant and energetic not to forget cute.😳 Can not we get a cute scene between him and urmila?😳 Would love to see those two fighting with each other and Ram and Sita meddling to pacify them.(I know very very filmy and i don't expect to see such a thing but dil manta nahin.😆) Well on the side note the little distortions they are showing are annoying but their honest treatment to divinity of Ram, Sita and Laxman is quite fascination. I am fully prepared to see Sita as Ravana's daughter though i absolutely hate that version.😡 (Because it makes Ram the killer of his father in law which is for me.) I was expecting to see a backstory of Vishvamitra and Menaka and the famous Vashisht-Vishvamitra feud. Hope they show it but they have not propery explained cause of curse of Ahalya yet. Well altogether an informative and entertaining show and thank god no SAAS- BAHU DRAMA.👏 Hmm I m wondering if Ravana will attend Sita's swayamvar. I dread the day the cvs start showing ram admiring Ravana's abilities. (Because ravana was gunon ki khaan and ram would definitely wanna learn from him obviously before sita's abduction.) Please no bromance yaar. (I seriously dread this ,seriously.🤢)

Nice post 😊
Though don't agree fully with u when u say u are prepared to see the track mentioning Ravan as Sita's father as I personally would not like to see that but
Agree Lakshman 's character is vibrant, full of energy

Liking Karan suchak as Lakshman

Infact Ram lakshman both look like real brothers
Maybe because of similar get up

@roxelana I will be happy if they show Ram admiring certain qualities in Raavan. Greatness of a man is in able to admire and learn from their enemies also. Because Raavan was a great Shiv Bhakt, a good musician and above all a great warrior himself.

Yes but all qualities die when you don't respect a woman. This is the main moral we get from Ramayana. No matter how learned you are if you do not respect a woman's honour your all qualities die down. And i think Valmiki intentionally wrote Sita as a non warrior princess. He showed you don't have to be a warrior to be strong and determined. Sita is personification of highest character of woman. Maa Sita is the most respectable woman in my eyes. I prefer her anytime over draupadi.(M not comparing...I don't admire Draupadi at all.🤢)

Me too, I would hate to see him as Sita's father. I don't wanna see sita hugging ravana calling him PITAJI. That is just Gross and dishonourable to our gods. 😡

Yes I would love to see A NICE RAVANA FOR ONCE IN A SHOW.😆
I want Ravan to bow in front of the bow and just leave. And what if ram says wow what a great devotee. He must be respected.🤣

But the qualities add charm to another man who respects a woman and will be feather to the one who already has many other qualities. Ravan lost all his gun because of what he did to Sita, but taking his gun Ram only becomes greater.
Sita is born from earth and hence a nurturer. Draupadi was born from fire hence she became both Gowri and Kali according to the situation. Just like fire is needed for cooking food, for keeping warmth, but fire that rages destroys everything.
Draupadi was the corner stone on which Lord Krishna established dharma in the kuru war. Both Sita and Panchali are respected among Panch Kanyas in Hinduism. They both had their own individuality and their own purpose in life. Hence they both cannot be compared and should be respected for their respective roles they played in establishing dharma.

Exactly, this is why I cannot tolerate people praising Ravan and saying he was a good man before Sita haran. He wasn't. Did people forget that long before Sita haran, he raped Rambha and many other women, and forcibly brought women from all over the world into his harem to be his mistresses? All these women together cursed Ravan that since he doesn't respect womankind, it'll be a woman who is the cause of his death. What's the use of knowledge and religion when one doesn't have basic humanity? Sita haran was merely what made Ravan's cup of sins tip over, but he committed many crimes beforehand also.

As for Draupadi, I respect both her and Sita equally. Draupadi needed to be fierce due to the people she dealt with in her life. They were worse than even Ravan. Both Draupadi and Sita lived through different circumstances, so it's unfair to compare them.
