It's a different company that worked for Bahubali
This VFX company is of Nikil's

Just bcos fiml city is same
Sets doesn't get shared either
that too when Bahubali2 is still in making
Why would they share

Movie might have started 3 years before
But audience along with Nikil would have seen it only after release
And there was barely 3 to 4 months difference between movie and show
Bahubali team only released selected footage online
They maintained secrecy

Seeing it and then planning the making, 3D finally VFX is not simple

they clearly said how they shoot the waterfall scene how much tym it took if they had to use the same why would take so long lol

btw waterfall was done with graphics lol 😆

then how come they used same set 😆

One cannot help but see the similarities between both scenes. If you guys haven't seen that scene from Bahubali, you should. The setting of both scenes looks so similar and so does the jump that Bahubali and Ram make. If SKR didn't copy the scene, then great, but it's not a crime if people find similarities between the show and that movie. People have found similarities between Ram's warrior costume and LOTR's warrior costumes. Is that a crime also?

where does story discussion come here

In that case, no one criticized the movie's VFX, and yet you made a post saying you were shocked to see people's criticism of the show on page 1. Any criticism made on the show has been because of storyline, presentation of characters and the costumes. First of all, it's not wrong if someone doesn't like the show's graphics, because not everyone likes the same thing, and yet no one has made disparaging comments on it.

Partu,it is so easy to comment in a line

and put down someone's hard work
I know how tough it is
Being in the same line of work
Though not very much into it presently

that's why I was really shocked to see few ridiculing it
In 20 mins ep more that 10 mins has graphics involved

Who called it crime first
why are u jumping to conclusion
If people compare it to Bahubali, then it's really great
As Bahubali has three years hard work and much more money spent
compared to SKR's eight months
And for ur info me and Thushi both have seen Bahubali
We loved the movie
And we do see the similarity
that's called coincidence
But saying it as copy and also saying that sets are shared
when it's not even a set to begin with

What is ur problem
Are u reading too much into lines
And where did I say show,go back and read
Should I have to mention Show VFX everywhere
As the article is about VFX ,obviously I was talking about VFX part only
If u find different meaning that's not my mistake

And liking and disliking show is different from ridiculing
whatever we say why do u take it for urself
May be u only commented on Story
well I am not sure
But I have seen comments on VFX part
I was mentioning only that

Grandeur of Siya Ke Ram sets leaves Bahubali director spellbound

Mumbai, October 23, 2015 (Akash Sharma): Star Plus's upcoming project Siya Ke Ram, has been in the news ever since its first look was revealed on the channel. Masses have been mesmerized with the extravagant shots and majestic sets in Hyderabad's Ramoji filmcity.

The latest one to join the bandwagon is none other than renowned film maker and director of Bahubali, S. S. Rajamouli. The critically acclaimed director who was the first hand witness to the first look of the show was amazed by the scale in which a television show is being produced which is way ahead of most movies being made in India.

A source from the production added, "Raja Mouli was bewildered seeing the promo and actually came to ask about the details of the set. He was astound on knowing the details and cost went into making the sets at different locations for a television show to give it a real look for the audiences. The director, who left no stone unturned for his movie, was impressed by the fact that there are producers and director in this industry who are taking the legacy ahead of making extravagant sets for their audiences."

You're making it seem like a crime by being offended of the comparisons. You need to relax.

Look, when people watch television or movies, it's natural to feel some scenes are copied from other movies or shows. So many people feel the Pinga song from Bajirao Mastani was copied from the Dole Re song of Devdas. Is that wrong? It may or may not have been copied, but directors of shows do get inspired by scenes they see from other movies or shows. Maybe Nikhil Sinha was inspired by that waterfall scene. Who knows? First of all, such a scene is a filler scene because it's not something written in the book, so if it was inspired by Bahubali, it's not even wrong because I feel certain scenes in Bahubali were also inspired by other films.

By saying some scenes in this show were copied or heavily inspired by other films or shows is nothing to be offended about, and neither is it insulting to the people who're working on this show. No one is putting down their hard work, but once a show is aired, everything is fair game and people will express their opinions. That doesn't mean they're putting down the cast and crew for God's sake.

As for the article, I saw it before, and it doesn't really prove anything. 😳 What does Rajamouli's reaction to SKR have anything to do with the VFX?

Personally, I just feel less time can be spent on scenes like that waterfall scene and Tataka Vadh (by making her a bat woman which is plain absurd btw), and more time on the storyline. It's just my opinion, no one has to agree with it. The cast and crew are working very hard, but for what? To show a story that is so different from the original and far from the truth. They might as well have made this show a historical fiction instead and on one would have criticized it.
