Sometimes some small problems spells the doom for happy families. Just like what happened between kaikeyi and Dasarath today. Kaikeyi as a good wife should have understood her husband's condition and should have given him space. Instead she tries to distract him with sweet talks. Dasarath doesn't understand his wife's intentions and unintentionally ignores her because of his worry and need to know the status of his daughter. Result mandira words did in road to kaikeyi mind. Today she handled. But lack of discussion is going to make the issue fester leading to boon asking. Small understanding problem but look at the impact

How easily kekeyi just broke the moti ki mala, and scattered all the pearls

Today she picked up the motis and seems that she will thread them again,

One day though, some motis will go out of her reach and the mala will remain incomplete...

On a funny note, for Dashrath it must be difficult to handle all 3 wives some times. Some one or other may always be unhappy. People around them like Manthra will succeed in creating rift in the family. One who is sacrificing to keep family united will pay the price.

Shruti, agree with you. Dashrat was worried about his daughter and therefore couldn't concentrate on anything. But, Keikei thought something else. I guess this might be the beginning of Mantharas poisoning starting to work.

Sometimes little misunderstanding leads to big problem or fight...
But we all know this has to happen ...
