Suffered the most

I am little confused about who has suffered the most.
It may be Dhruv because from childhood ,he hadn't got love of his mother, then lost Aarti and then met with an accident and now thinking that Vedika has died and suffering a lot. He is feeling cheated by everyone.

on the other hand, Vedika is suffering a lot to prove herself as Vedika and not Lali. She had spent many days in difficulty in mental asylum and away from Dhruv. She has lost her first love and had been mad for 2 or 3 years.

Whom do u think suffered more ??
