Both Niharika AND Ant are good AND bad, although I prefer Ant over her ANY DAY. Ant didn't rape her out of the blue; he was responding to her insults. Yes, raping someone is an awful crime and is unforgivable, but if Niharika punishing the family is acceptable (as a form of revenge), then why does everyone resent Ant so much? All the 'bad' he's done towards Niharika are simply counter attacks. Remember; it was NIHARIKA'S fault that their relationship deteriorated in the first place. He loved her before her true colours were revealed, so, therefore, it was NIHARIKA who started the hatred between them.

Yes, she loves her sister a lot and has been there for her when Vedika most needed a shoulder to cry on, but even her love for her sister takes a backseat when she wants 'revenge.' You could REALLY see the love between them both when Niharika laughed and clapped as her in-laws and sister left the house without a penny or a bite to eat. A kid was involved in all of this too.

I, personally, think that Ant is quite loyal to his family. He HAS strayed from them on a few occasions, but he does (eventually) realize that he is in the wrong and, so, he apologises and 'returns.'

Who is Niharika to decide how/when someone should be punished? She isn't God.

Instead of plotting against the family who forgave her and were nothing but kind to her, Niharika should have set out to prove her husband's death. If the family knew for DEFINITE that Rudra was dead, I'm sure they'd support Niharika unconditionally.

Niharika does have the right, though, to take revenge on them...for all the times nobody has supported her...how can the family not believe that Rudra is dead😕 Who would lie about their own husband dying...thats something Niharika wouldnt even do😕

The family hates Niharika no matter what...and even if Niharika did the same amount of wrong as Antariksh did, then why is the family behaving with Niharika so harshly and not with Antariksh

yeah i totally agree with you...nobody can deserve to be raped ...thats totally wrong...what Antariksh did for that ONE mistake was worse than all others of Niharika's put together 😡

very well said. that was exactly my point. rape is rape no matter the circumstances, but somehow because of rape people are almost ready to forgive nih no matter what she does. their starting argument "I know she made some mistakes, but..." hardly carries any weight.

if ant is branded as a rapist, then (without starting vulgar language) some horrible terms can be used to describe nih, who starts out with a lover, marries someone else, sleeps with her previous lover while she is married and then wants to give the illegitimate child her husband's name to hide her sins. if that's not enough, she never regrets her actions.

i feel niharika is betta dan ant. n they r plenty of reason behind dis.. though she betrayed ant in da beginnin but it wasnt her fault.. she didnt marry ant by her own will. she was forced to dis fer her sis.. n later wen nih. tried to b loyal to ant.. (i aint shure wen)he threw her out of da house.. n den he raped her jus cuz she was teasin him.. he cud ve answered her bak in some other wai rather dan rapin her.. n den he denied da fact dat he raped her. I have nothing to argue against this type of reasoning.

perfect reasoning. in that case, ant was perfectly right to do whatever he did because he did to protect his self respect against whatever nih hurled at him. actually, I will go even further. every villain is innocent since they all have their own reasons to do what they do.

P.S. you said that nih tried to be loyal to him at some point and you weren't sure when. that's possible because I thought she never tried to be loyal to him (oh I know ,may be you were referring to the time right before she was thrown out of the house when she feigned loyalty just to give her and rahul's illegitimate child ant's name 😆)

Question - Why does everyone keep saying nih. was forced to marry ant. If I am correct did she not expect ant. mother to come with the proposal and when she did, she gave the condition of Dhruv marrying Ved. (who was mad atthe time), and she tried to get out of it by lying, her horsocpe do not match ant. then her mother pointed out that was not nih. horscopes, she was scheming from the very begining, then she was forced to marry because her mother made her keep her word, even after marriage she was still scheming, goin to kavita and sayign she did pooja, have to stay away from ant. for six months, had relatioship with rahul after being married.

I also understand that people should eb forgiven for their mistakes, I also agree that rape is wrong no matter what the circumsatnces, but I will not say that Nih. is right, nih. is always seekign revenge, and I think she does not care who she hurts. And I agree she shoud have proved that rudra is dead and not take revenge on the family.

That is exactly what i mean....so they did the same amount of bad deeds but niharika is treated more harshly than Ant...Why??? And Rudra and Nih did tell the rudra sister that they killed rahul...so everyone is aware of their crimes...but the same can't be said about ant...

ppl keep on bringing up that vedika was kicked out along with her kid...well she did give her the option to stay...but ant could have told them that he killed rudra and gotten dhruv out of jail..

And when kajol was in labour if the situations were reversed u think ant would have taken nih. to the hospital...? no

Nadira...How can she prove someone is dead if the police don't search for the body and the family tells the cops to not bother... it was a rainy night and all the evidence was washed away...and he was probaly washed away in the river or whatever he fell in...

Rose - Did taking revenge on the family prove the Rudra died, did it help nih. in any way, apart from feelign that she have gotten revenge, it just drove a wedge in the family, it made people nih more, but by spending time with the family, I think in time, they would all want to know what happen to rudra, taking revenge just leads to one problem after another, nih. just ended up being hurt all over again, and she is going to seek revenge again.

Now ant. has his share of blame, he could ahve come clean and admit he killed Rudra and maybe all this could have been avoided.

Another thing is telling someone about the crime you committed make it less of a crime, or makes it right, did they confess to killing rahual or did Tara over heard them. Tara forgive because Rdura is her brother, But who was the leading person behind Rahul murder- Nih.

Ant. confessed to Kajol, does this make his crime less than a crime now, since Nih. confessed to killing Rahul (a human being) and it was okay. should ant. just confess to the family and it would be okay.

Was nih. punished for Rahul crime, did she ever once felt sorry, Rudra was sorry, but nih. was just worried that rudra would end up in prison.

Personally I feel Niharika's been betrayed by destiny which has turned her heart to stone...........she's been let down by Rahul, Antariksh, Rudra, Vedika and her mother in some way or the other...........so even though what she does isn't right, she's not entirely at fault!!

As for Ant, it's his anger which gets him in to trouble.............can't really discuss much about him...........sometimes I feel sorry for him but I feel he's much worse than Niharika!
