First of all nothing ever got sorted between akshay and raunak. He forcibly sat in raunak's car trying to talk to him and after raunak stopped his car, a truck hit it and akshay got raunak out first with kajal's help and refused to get out till raunak forgives him. But b4 raunak could say anything akshay apologized and cleared that he never betrayed him and he cannot tell him the reason. Car went off the road.
