It's you people who are saying that Mishti was talking about kheer, saree, earrings etc. I am not assuming anything like that because I don't know the extent of information Mishti and Pari have regarding EMA.
EMA was wrong and Mishti's father leaving them for other woman would have made her hate him, her reaction to Kunal is not what I expected. You are saying that EMA was gross and does not need further explanation then why is Mishti calling him dad or papa? she had her father Ishaan. A young woman who understands implications of EMA wouldn't say that her mom couldn't stop her father, she would have said that it's good that her father didn't stay with them, that's how she got her popsie, that's how she got Ansh.
I am not assuming or presuming anything here, I am just going by her dialogues in the precap
