Omkara is one of the most beautifully written characters I have ever watched. And we all know why he was pushed to BG. That is the curse of ITV. I hope that same curse will not prevent Ruhaan to be explored as an individual character here. I want to see character growth in Ruhaan, he shouldn't just be a lover boy. There has to be other layers in his character that should be explored.

I will any day choose Omkara Singh Oberoi over Ruhaan, Omkara even in BG was a most impactful character with depth, layers and more over unique. I always loved quality over quantity so any day Omkara Singh Oberoi over Ruhaan who's surname too wasn't mentioned nor any layers to the character like someone mentioned abla mard .

That said I don't have any issues with Ruhaan, I love his bond with everyone. I don't like MisHaan for obvious reasons, won't be liking still I don't get any reasons to like the pair. But I am happy for Kj, he is experimenting with platforms and he is getting new admirers for his work and more exposure. As a fan that's what is important. And I really hope this show don't get extensions I want it to for 3 months only. Want to see Kj in better and new roles

Agree with quality over quantity. If this show gets him more attention well and good. But I am thirsty for more from him and his character knowing his potential. I want them to utilize his potential. I want to see his relationship with Veer to be explored more. I want to see more emotions from him, his guilt...his emotional turmoil for what he feels for Mishti . I want to see him getting more involved in Ansh n Pari's Life. More interactions with Radhika (those interactions cannot be just centered around Mishti).

Omkara was the character I loved with whole heart. That character made me biased 😆, I could never see any fault in the character even when he actually was at fault if looked from a neutral POV.

But the love for this character isn't devoid of pain. It comes with remorse too. He was treated badly. It still hurts me. 😭

I too want Ruhaan's character to be explored more but atleast he's not treated as a second class citizen here.

omkara singh oberoi was omkara singh oberoi.. that charecter created history..he was more popular than the main leads in the begining that cvs needed to make him a beautiful wallpaper and even in his own show he didnt get fair chances..poor kunal.. but having said that,,m happy kunal took this show..he becums voot's face,,hez the main lead hero here..he came to kitchen champion on colours,,so much competition going on..so many actors out there..and actors who r good fnds with ekta gul gets more chances..hez not close with any one of them..lolzz..its good hez getting attention and shows to do..like rev said,,i hope this show dont get any extension and hope he will be back on tv with a blast next time..cause he really got talent,potential,good looks and popularity..everything u need..i just want him on tv.and yes he deserves more than he got till now..

Good discussion guys

Personally we can't compare Omkara with any other character as on date and Ruhaan is no exception

But bekibel it or not Ruhaan is the most important chatachar here

Mishti Veer Arnav and Pari had a normal life going on with notjnot which could be called a story but Ruhaan enters as a mystery element and suddenly the lives and thoughts of all the characters change

No other character has impacted all the characters of the show
