Ishaan is always there next to Mauli in her worst and darkest times. He is her strength, when she gets tired of fighting. And he doesn't expect anything in return. All he wants is her genuine happiness.

I loved the part where Ishaan gathers Mauli in a bear hug, he is wearing a red/maroon jacket. I am assuming it must be when the Malhotra clan threw her out of the house. I haven't watched those episodes, as I felt I would be hopping mad.

Somewhere, I posted in the last few days, I am miffed at Mauli. I didn't like the precap on Friday either. My guns are blazing, haven't pointed them yet at Mauli, waiting for tomorrow's episode to know the emergent reason for her running away from the mehndi. I will only accept if her reason is that dida is having an acute emergency and she was unable to inform Ishaan in time. Otherwise, any other reason, especially if it is Kunal's amnesia, it is total BS not a good enough reason to run from any of the celebrations and in turn humiliate Sandhya nor Ishaan😡

But, about Ishaan tho, meri mann bahut saaph hain, I have no confusion, concerns or misunderstandings when it comes to him and his intentions. Ishaan is a gem of a man. Specifically, that hug I mentioned above, where he engulfed her on the road is heartwarming🤗. This guy gives her the security and stability of a friend, well wisher, lover all combined in one. His anguish on the face to get her to a comfortable , secure place is out of this world⭐️ Beautiful family picture is that of him, holding both Mauli and Mishti close to him🤗

His intent is only to see her happy and safe. He didn't care what position he had in her life as long as she and Mishti were happy and safe and close to him. Haan, anticipation tho hain ki, woh friend se aage kuch aur bann jaayein. In fact, when she rushed into an engagement, he didn't exactly jump in joy❤️, he took his time to find out from her if she is pushing herself into this whole-heartedly. He gave her the space, if he had to wait some more for her complete acceptance, usse woh bhi manzoor tha.

Once engaged, he had borne the visual of his fiancee being hugged intimately by the cheater ex. It was uncomfortable for him, he averted his gaze, but not a word, not a muscle movement more than that👏👏. Because, he knew, that the situation is such, somebody came out of the death's door and everybody is elated at this prospect. That is how he took it, his heart is a clean slate. He is a much bigger person, above being jealous⭐️ He had nothing to worry about Mauli, he understands her ways, her convictions👍🏼

He promised Radhika and Dida to fulfill the duties of a son. His fiancee was thrown out of their house unceremoniously in the middle of the night. He didn't hold a grudge, when the time came for help, he went to help them wholeheartedly. He was a pillar of support for Mauli, dida and Radhika all those years and more importantly when they thought Kunal was killed. This reflects his maturity, understanding the big picture👍🏼 and not giving in to any pettiness.

He is selfless and secure in giving. Mishti was in his care, he didn't bat an eyelid when she decides to stay back and help Pari. No insecurity that she might be growing roots or making connections with Pari/Kunal. He saw the child as a child who was hurting.

As for getting stupid advice from the cheater, I didn't consider that a big deal, really. Because, for me Mauli, didn't fall for any of that nonsense. Let me give an example to get my point across. I recently had a milestone birthday. Husband recruited my sister to get some clothes and jewelery for me. One look at those, I knew my sister selected and bought those for me. This doesn't mean that my husband doesn't get credit for those. It just means he had enough brains and heart to know to ask for help when he knows that I will probably be taunting him for the rest of his life for his choices in clothing or jewelery. The thought and brain behind making me happy is my husband's. I hope you guys understand what I am trying to say here. I know for drama sake, in this show, it had to be the cheater. In real world, nobody would seek the cheater ex's help. This is not a great secret that needs a special revelation either😕

What can I say about him and Mishti❤️🤗? I said everything I had to say about them in my post the other day about Mishti. He is the true Lion King for his precious princess.

The onus is now on Mauli to see through both men and choose her path wisely😳 Glad that Kunal had gone back 6 years. Now, Mauli can live in her hindsight with clarity, not just have a clear 20/20 hindsight. Most of us don't know what our future holds, so we choose the best option based on the facts available at that point in time. Mauli knows what her future was/is and I hope she won't be foolish for a second time😲No matter how much love, affection, care the amnestic Kunal might shower on Mauli, she knows what her future was/is. The fact of the matter is HE LEFT HER, HE HUMILIATED HER, HE CHEATED HER, HE COULDN'T STAND HER TOUCH, HE WISHED FOR HER PREGNANCY TO BE FALSE, HE ABANDONED not only her but the whole family for 6 - 7 years in order to protect his new mistress/biwi from the taunts of the society. He is back now only because that biwi is dead and he needed support with his child💔👎🏼. Another tidbit of information I want to share, here, in one of the episodes, he said to Nandini, that because he is in love with her , " mein kissi aur ka ho nahin sakta"🤢I simply hope the writer understands that the audience remembers every little slight from the pre-leap, testosterone infested Kunal😡👎🏼💔
