Long time since I watched any episodes, couldn't tolerate the hypocrisy. If the girl were strong, decisive and reasonable, despite the stupid hypocrisy, I would have watched it. Mauli had disappointed me big time with her impulsive actions towards Ishaan, so gave up.

I came across this post and dropped in to commend you Prettywoman👍🏼, not only for the clarity of your thoughts but also for your patience and perseverance👍🏼. As I said, I haven't watched for last 2 weeks, so don't hold me on the specifics. These are my general thoughts about the situation. I have much to say, but will try to limit myself.

BTW, Ruhi, amazing👏 in how you tore apart Kunal's feelings or juzbaat or whatever those were.

First off, about the " hate me" tactics by Kunal. HYPOCRISY at the highest level. He doesn't really need to do new " make up" deeds to get Mauli to hate him or be disgusted by him. That is if he REALLY WANTS MAULI TO BE DISGUSTED😡All he needs to do is to recount in front of Mahek and his family, on how his life was beautiful with Nandini and details as such. Also, he could elucidate in detail how himself and his mistress ( at that time she was ) played Mauli behind her back, how they slept during her brother's wedding while being married to Mauli, how they made out during the numerous festivals and celebrations, how he insisted that Nandini dress up and how she complied, how both of them colluded to hide him in the bathroom, how they made a complete mockery of Mauli's trust ( what I mean is, all this while Mauli was confiding in him and Nandini ). Just remind her that, and may be make fun of Mauli and her foolishness and how exciting it was to play Mauli behind her back and stab her to death. THAT SHOULD DO IT, in case she has forgotten. He doesn't need to play as a bad doctor, bad human being etc. etc. etc. That whole episode of his life would make him an all in one DESPICABLE human being😡.

But no, he is keeping all of these memories away from Mauli. Why? Instead, with all of his acts, be it fradulently badass acts or his altruism through Ishaan, he is making sure there is evidence of his " good heart" ( through Mehek or his mother ) so to speak. In effect, he is building an equity for himself, which he will dip into later on. Every single one of these badass acts are going to be turned into his greatness later, he will get full credit. At least, that is where I see this all leading to. In that process, Ishaan will be a scape goat, which I thoroughly despise.

As for Kunal getting together with Mauli, I am thoroughly grossed out at that prospect. It has to be one of the two, either he cares about Mauli or he doesn't care about Mauli.

Let us say, he cares about Mauli. Why did it take so long for him to return? Why did it take death of his divine love for him to come back and set Mauli's life right? If he did care about Mauli, was he blinded by his lust for divinity? Then, when did the blinders come off? Is it after the death of divinity? If his care and concern for Mauli returned, before death of Nandini, then, why did he not return to do all this charity work in Mauli's life, along with his divinity? If the blinders were off AFTER the death of divinity, then, is it really because of his care and concern for Mauli or is it because he wanted family support? In that case, if Nandini was not dead, then his care and concern would never have returned?

If he only loves divinity and doesn't care ( love ) Mauli, then, he could care less about his own image with Mauli and blurt out everything he had done and gloat about how great divinity was and his experience with divinity was every step of the way and how wrong he was when he thought he had 'sacha pyar' with Mauli. Did he also enlighten her that Mauli was the paadav and divinity is the manzil or was that for Nandini's ears only? If he hadn't, then Mauli can hear this too. What I am trying to say is that he is not selflessly decimating his image😲He is only packaging seemingly good deeds in vile deeds, so when the vile deeds are going to be stripped off by loud mouth Mahek, the sacha dil waala, bhola, bhala, innocent, nothing but love, care and concern wala Kunal stands naked in front of Mauli for her to repent more about all of her vicious thoughts about him😡 THIS IRRITATES ME TO NO END.

I am sorry for the rant, like I said before, when somebody gets me going, I can go on and on and on😲. Not sure if I conveyed what I wanted to convey. I am also going to place a disclaimer here, I don't own rose colored glasses, all my glasses are JET BLACK🤢, so I am primed to look at ulterior motives🤔. I am not finding Kunal's motives to be neither selfless nor straightforward😡

At any rate, Prettywoman, keep going with your clarity of thoughts, eye on the ball at all times. I truly am impressed by this quality of yours👍🏼Sorry to disturb your space.

About the stupidity of gifts😡

Does this mean, that Ishaan love towards Mishti and the bond, care, concern he shares with Mishti, herself, mamma and dida is nothing when compared to a box of chocolates? A box of chocolates will sway her towards agreeing to marry Ishaan, overlooking the wild saas, but Ishaan-Mishti's father-daughter relationship didn't? OK, THEN😡

She needs a souvenir to understand that Mishti and her are Ishaan's world, but Ishaan's patience in this relationship, his wholehearted acceptance of her along with Mishti, his agony as he worries about losing Mishti, his expectant, heart warming, gut wrenching request to Mishti to be his daughter😭 during that proposal don't mean anything? All of his heartfelt feelings are equal to chopped liver but that dastard photo globe tells you about a love that transcends everything😡 KUNAL SHOULD JUST BUZZ OFF.

Mauli is a physician, she had seen people at their extremes, she had seen death in the eye, sorrow at its depths. She is impressed by somebody wasting their time arranging flower petals for her? The Mauli I would envision would have been irritated that somebody wasted their time and shredded all those flowers for nothing. If I were in her place, I would love anybody who would bring me a hot cuppa from Starbucks and give me an hour of free time and a warm blanket after a very tedious surgery, understanding my need to unwind. Please understand, I am by no means saying, physicians shouldn't be wooed, but this seems so very superficial, such as wooing a teenager who has seen nothing but nice things in life and her idea of romance is flowers and chocolates, not depth of feelings and understanding😕.
