Mishti was not there with kunal in POV his divine daughter was may be kunal wants a servant for pari because pari will never share his buddy may be mishti is with some one else it is good for mishti she does not bind with pari ka buddy bcz she will also be kicked out by the

Custody war is common between parents even if you have custody the other parent may visit but in custody war the past had to be told why kunal left his wife and mauli May have to remain single to prove that mishti will never be ignored because of a new family

Because it is not about them anymore. Whatever happened between kunal and mauli in past should not affect mishti who deserves to know her father. If mauli can't keep her anger, hurt and pain aside for mishti's sake, a day will come when she won't be able to answer mishti's questions. Mauli escalated the matter instead of having a proper conversation and drawing boundaries for coparenting mishti. So far past is concerned, I agree kunal made a mistake by disbelieving mauli about her pregnancy but till the point he believed mail's pregnancy, he was ready to reconcile for their child. So I don't think he ever hated or disliked mishti. Kunal is a crappy husband but he is not a bad father and that is quite evident with pari. In their zest to support mauli, people keep mixing those two things up about kunal.

My point is mauli should move on with ishaan and let go of her past considering she has a good partner and a kid now. She needs to let go of her anger and pain towards her past to give her future a chance. Otherwise she will be stuck in her past and destroy her future too.

I do not think kunal will allow mishti to be with ishan and mauli he may fight that since mauli is getting married mishti may be neglected I see it for sure mishti will be called in court and asked to choose

See, the problem with this notion is that it assumes every divorce is same. Kunal didn't want Mouli's child. and everything he did made it very clear to Mouli and to the viewers. If Kunal wouldn've said (back when Mouli was preggy), "lets have shared custody. I want to be part of this child's life but I still want to be with Nandini" and if Mouli then didn't agree then we couldve blamed her. But he didnt.

He was sooo in love at that moment that he didn't even ask about the baby. Come on; how can a woman overlook that? Mouli even after being betrayed by Kunal, after being humiliated by him time after time gave him the chance to be the father. He walked away from it. SO, today he is back. and he might be a better person, sure. But how can Mouli belive naything he says? Because last time he said he came back for the child, and she believed him he left her and the child behind, humiliated and forever. ..

She shouldn't trust Kunal, not because he cheated on her. But because he is a man of juzzbaat and not of thought. After everything she has been through how can she believe any word he says? How many promises has he not broken? And that involves promises of coming back home for his family? How can Mouli not worry Kunal will not abandon Mishti like he has done EVERY SINGLE TIME till now.

Mouli is not being bitter. Mouli is judging Kunal by his actions. and lets face it, Kunal has no credibility left. And you do not get exemption from your misdeeds just because now you feel like a father.

And lets not even get into how messy all this is for Mishti. What will Mouli say to Mishti? Should Mishti go ahead believing Mouli hid her from her father or that eher father was a total pieve of shit who left her and her mother for his true love? Or are they gonna say Mishti just magically has two fathers now. That they be one big family with Mouli, Kunal, Ishaan, Mishti and Pari?

Kunal made mess of this way before Mouli even had the chance to. And maybe for once Kunal should face consequences of his actions. He abandoned his family when he wanted to, now maybe he should be the doing effort to live with the decisions he made.

He wasn't tho. He never talked about anything regarding baby with Mouli? The first and the only thing he said before accusing Mouli of faking pregnancy was : how did this happen? we used protection.

He said or done NOTHING to show he wanted to be part of the baby's life.

in most cases - if child is bellow 12 years then court allows child with mother only...and not ask for witness of child..and allow a father visiting rights...

and here mouli directly initiating case ..why??misti is with her ..then kunal should go to court..why ,mouli going to court when custody of misti is with her??

The only parent mishti knows is mauli. She is the only one responsible for that child's well being. Mishti is a minor. On what planet does she decide anything? What planet is this?

The courts will always decide what is in the best interest of the child. It is unheard of to take a child from the parent who has been the one constant. Mauli. The courts will consider mishti's pychological well being. She does NOT know kunal. She has interacted with him less than 5 times

Where is the legal evidence he is the father? Does he have it? His mother told him. so what?

If mauli says he is not, where is the proof? Anyone can just march into court and say he's father. The courts will ask for proof.

Kunal...people act as if he's a child. Once again, he's forced. Don't blame the pos; hes forced to act.

Where is the best interest of the child? The one constant is the parent there from day 1. Mauli. This stupid man may just end up getting no rights

This person is an absent parent. His track record is not good. Mauli must know his intentions especially if he plans to stick around. She cannot have this man coming in and out of her daughter"s llife.

He wants to go to court. Serously. He will have to prove his fitness. Background check. Stable job. Psychological wellness. Courts will ask is there anything in his past that will not make him a good father to mishtili. Does he really want mauli to testify about his character?

Courts will not care why he didn't know. They will care about his fitness.

Never will he get sole custody. He may get visitation.

And nothing, if his name is not on the birth certificate
