if this custody war happens...i will not blame kunal but mauli instigate it herself...she was the one who brought in the lawyer first and kunal had no clue abt it...all kunal wants is to bond with his daughter thats it...he doesn't want a custody as he doesn't want to complicate mauli's life as per shakti iv...

if this custody war happens...i guess kunal will back out thinking of mishti's betterment...maybe he will ask for visiting rights thats it...since mauli not even letting him touch his daughter...

So, Kunal just took her with him without Moulis permission? nice to see he still prefers to do things behind Mouli's back. some things never change.

And school just lets him take a child? W*F?

and finally, why are the makers ruining Mishti? Which kid on the surface of the earth just bonds with random people so easily? Kids are comfy with strangers. Even if the are their bffs parents.

Again if he takes misty home.. there's a very good chance that would be to make pari feel better.. as she was missing misty..

And not exactly to bond with..

Since he knows misty is his daughter.. now he's using his rights to fulfil his divine daughter's wishes.

Like mauli was a foot mat for nandu..

I am not so sure about that. For the relationship as messy as Kunal and Mouli's, getting a binding legal court decision might actually be a better way. This way both know what their own and each others rights are.

kunal may forced to enter custody war if misti wants to remain with kunal...

cvs already shown misti and mouli emotional bonding is on weak footing...

one time radhika entered in scene and calmed down misti and second time ishaan calmed down misti...

so i am not going to surprised if misti finds kunal as better parent compared to mouli...

kunal never wanted custody battle...if he enters into the mess than mauli is to be blamed...she made a mess out of the situation due to her own insecurity...they can sort it out amicably...but mauli is not in mood due to her hatred and anger...just give kunal visiting rights...its only for few hours...kunal just want to bond with his daughter...after visiting he will send mishti home..this is what all divorce couple go through...she doesn't even let kunal touch mishti as if he is a disease...i find it weird...he is the father...let him meet for few hours thats it...when it comes to kids...whatever happened in the past should not come into the way of the kid..put your ego...anger...hatred aside...compromise the situation and accept it...mishti already knows that kunal is her real father...she will have the urge to bond with her father...
