The courts will always decide what is in the best interest of the child. It is unheard of to take a child from the parent who has been the one constant. Mauli. The courts will consider mishtis pychological well being. She does NOT know kunal. She has interacted with her less than 5 times

Where is the legal evidence he is the father. Does he have it. His mother told him so what

If mauli says hes not where is the proof. Anyone can just march into court and say hes father. The courrs will ask for proof

This person is an absent parent. His track record is not good. Mauli must know his intentions especially if he plans to stick around. She cannot have this man coming in and out of her daughter"s llife.

He wants to go to court. Serous ly. He will have to prove his fitness. Background check. Stable job. Psychological wellness. Courts will ask is there anything in his past that will not make him a good father to mishtili. Does he really want mauli to testify on his character.

Courts wull not care why he didnt know. They wull care about his fitness.

Never will he get sole custidy. He may get visitation.

And nothing if his name is not on the birth certificate

That disgusting man insulted Mauli in every possible way and now shameless wants daughter right??

Whatever Mauli is doing is right as she suffered very much. She knew that kunal was back bcoz of child and not for her and he doubted her many times. She is insecure as mishthi is her world. How could she let Kunal visit her as father when he has no guilt of treating Mauli as trash and leaving her when she needed him the most. If Nandini was alive would he be worried about mishthi, no. He will be living happily. Mauli is just making sure that Kunal doesn't tell mishthi his truth and take her away.

The situation here is similar to KRPKHB...in that the child was born after the parents got divorced and the fathers did not know about the birth. In both cases the fathers wanted the divorce ...and in silsila it's worse in that there was an EMA so the father already has a blotch on his character. Whereas in krpkab Dev had not cheated on sonskshi. There was no custody battle in krpkab as I'm not sure how much rights the father can get after being divorced for so Many years and also in both serials the mothers were professional women with good financial backgrounds. So it's almost impossible that Kunal will get custody...and Dev didn't even try to get custody of soha. But in NK it was a different Story, Avni and Neil were still married, Neil had been a fantastic husband whose wife in the eyes of everyone has left him for no solid reason and had not told him about the baby. So Neil got full custody and he was financially well off whereas Avni was not ...so he had equal rights and he could claim custody. I think the most Kunal can get is to spend a day or weekend with his Daughter..
