This kunal was still testing whether she was really pregnant or lying and doubting her, how disgusting, and for having such a disgusting doubt, he receives the punishment of not knowing that he has a child and not getting the happiness of a child. post-leap...KuNan will not have a child as a punishment...kunal meets mauli and he might get to know he is a father...he will pine for his kid and will regret his deeds...post leap i want mauli to be strong and heartless towards kunal...whatever feelings she had for kunal should die so that she can teach him.a lesson...give him pain...

Are you sure this is true though? In the other OLV shakti said that he asks Mauli after she falls down and ignores the fact that she is pregnant (no pain etc) and catches her red handed: she doesn't even take his kasam and that is how he finds out she is not pregnant. So maybe this OLV is misleading?

The best thing will be if post-leap mauli is shown to not have any love for kunal just like kunal conveniently had no love left for her after meeting nandini, and she'll feel nothing for him, as in completely moved on from him. Mauli is the cheated wife, and so it's only right and realistic that they show that like any cheated wife she does eventually get over kunal and no longer gives a damn about him. Would love for them to pair mauli up with a really sweet and hot guy too. 😉
