She probably is pregnant but Kunal's constant doubts on the pregnancy pisses her off as it should and she tells him to believe whatever he wants to. Kunal then probably will think just like deeda lied she lied too.So end result is a big misunderstanding between them and Kunal walking away. Why do I feel the future story will be about Nandini not being able to concieve and Kunal returning to Mouli for the baby.
