Nandini is selfless because she cheated her best friend and had an affair with her husband . O and near death bed she did not once think of Mauli and only remembered Kunal FBs. So Mauli did not mean much to her this proves it. During deathbed we only remember our close ones. As for her agreeing to return kunal to Mauli it was more of an impulsive decision that she thought momentarily of her friend after destroying her life, otherwise she would have been devil personified .
