I totally loathe this version of his. I like the other version, Nandini's one. I hope in the next track we see only that who is little serious, tough, firm and not this hopeless one. 😆

I am telling you Pamk06 - Kunal does not realize the trouble that he is getting into with Nandini. I was a bit thrilled by the way she questioned him. If you go by her words, it's not really questioning, but as you said in another post, her body language and the way she was trying to read him. She is NOT Mauli and Kunal also better not forget that. Mauli also was someone who had a lot of things going on in her life, so when Kunal fails to keep up simple promises, she will ask him and then before he even gets a chance to open his mouth, she herself will give a few excuses on his behalf, to which he will gladly nod along. (I know Jaaana..tum thak gaye the na..blah blah - you know the tone right?) But boss, Nanidni is not like that and their situation is also very delicate. She has pinned all her hopes and dreams on him for now and she takes his words and his promises very seriously. Even the most simple promises that he makes and doesn't keep up will make her panic and doubt his committment. So he better be careful in future😃

I think, deep in her heart she will always love him. But I am hoping, it won't be the kind of love that will make her miserable, but the kind that will give her positivity and strength. I hope for her to get to a state of mind, where she thinks, had they untited shunning the world and doing what they did to Mauli, they never would have been truly happy, and make her peace with that understanding. I don't know if this is too unrealistic/idealistic an expectation, but this being a fictional show, I think it is a fair expectation. 😊

That's it! That's what I kept missing. I was wondering how best to understand Nandini's sadness, jealousy, and disbelief when she sees Kunal with Mauli, but now it makes sense.

With Mauli, Kunal never had to explain himself. Mauli trusted Kunal fully and therefore she always had an explanation for everything he did. When he was with Nandini, she excused it thinking that Nandini needed help. If she sees Kunal touching another woman, she understands it as part of his duties as a doctor. She thinks she knows him so well that he never has to explain himself. It also explains why Kunal didn't want to tell Mauli about him and Nandini. He had no reason to. He can say all he wants that it was because he didn't want to hurt Mauli, but the truth is that as long as Mauli had no reason to suspect, he doesn't need to explain it. This is also why he is at a loss of words right now because he's never had to explain himself to Mauli before and now it is hard for him to do so.

I'm betting Kunal was raised in an environment where he never had to explain himself for anything. Yamini and Dida probably excused his every mistake. Dida especially.

But now with Nandini, he'll have to explain himself, be careful, and not be caught up in situations where Nandini will doubt him, but pretend not to. Because Nandini is emotionally tied to him. She's the type of person who is going to have a hard time trusting anyone. The fact that she trusts Kunal is still a very thin thread. It isn't strong like Mauli's trust. Nandini needs those explanations because that's the only way she can continue trusting Kunal. And Kunal needs to understand this. Hiding parts of the truth, like he was in the puja with Mauli, is going to hurt their relationship in the future. It also explains why Nandini was so hurt to see Mauli and Kunal together. Kunal had just promised that he was Nandini's and that it was just a month for Dida. He never said anything about being with Mauli and even though it was obvious it wasn't a romantic pose, just the fact that he was with Mauli, hurt her.

I was actually very surprised by his words. Generally he is so intuitive with her, knows when she is low and exactly what to say or do to make her feel comfortable or reassured. But yesterday, he just went on. I think the reason might be that he's become so secured in the knowledge that she is going to be his and now there is just this one month left before they can unite that he just failed to sense the undercurrents.

@bold: How many times we have seen this, right where Mauli has just explained things for him without giving him a chance? (I miss those "Par Jaana" though) Now looking at Dida, I feel that its a family thing, where they don't allow him to speak and he has just learnt to go along with things. But if he thinks that the same thing will work with Nandini than he is sadly mistaken.

As you say, Nandini is different. She is a person who would prefer the truth even though it would have made her sad but atleast she would have been secured in the knowledge that he is not keeping things from her. She would have felt that their bond is strong. As @mango_pudding said, her perceptions powers are strong. So even if Dida would not have send those photos. she would have still sensed something is amiss as soon he turned away from her to answer.

Kunal needs to stop making promises he will not be able to fulfill because now she will keep testing him. By the time he realizes whats happening, it will be too late.

The theories are kind of conflicting..pehle toh spoilers which say that nandu will leave and there will be a leap etc is.baseless and unconfirmed . They write story on the set or for the upcoming week.

Assuming that nandu will leave kunal , for whatever reasons , she wont stay the bechari abla nari who kunal fell in love with ..kunal was the knight in shining armour for nandu and now when nandu will tranform into mauli like character , kunal will have no reason to love her . 😕

thats a great point -- will kunal still be interested if nandini becomes strong? guess, we will have to see what happens. wonder when this leap is. will they drag this current track out?

Can someone tell me, why Nandini is always calling Kunal for temple visits?? 😃 Why can't they go for movies, dinner, shopping or maybe a walk in the park? . This Puja paath is so pissing me off. Aur agar bahar nahin jaana, toh ghar pe baith ke do chaar baatein hi kar lete. At least we will have some material to understand what their relationship is like.

I don't think the CVs even know what to do with the leap. That's why the conflicting messages. Some say that Nandini will leave Kunal and some say both Nandini and Kunal will be living together.

If the former is true, then it is a good question. Will Kunal still love her?

If the latter is true though, then the question becomes, will there still be any relationship between the two or will both realize that there was never any love between them to begin with?

We do not know what route they are taking, whether it is insecure or her leaving. Irrespective of that, the foundation for Kunal's trouble times ahead was set on Friday.

Whether their love will survive the test of time, we will just have to wait and see.
