No idea what Nandini or even Kunal expects from Mauli, coz the curious look they gave when Mauli was ignoring Nandini for few seconds outside the temple.

What i understood is according to Nandini whatever wrong she does until its not known to Mauli it's not wrong[for example, her lies] and even if Mauli comes to know her fault, Nandini's answer is like her intention is not to hurt Mauli. Why do i feel Nandini's reaction and answer will be the same even when Mauli comes to know the truth about their affair.

Nandini has done nothing for Mauli till now. Practically dekhun, after Mauli finds out abt truth, She shld just cut all ties with Nandini. Aise doston se dushman bhale.
But I feel Mauli forgive Nandu eventually.

After watching Tuesday and Wednesday episodes I really wonder what Nandini expects from Mauli. One hand she is consenting towards her husband's approaches when she should have clearly refused not to indulge into anything him, even if she has feelings for him. On the other hand, she called her when she was in trouble with Rajdeep, and yesterday she said what wrong did I do, my intentions weren't to hurt you. Like seriously???? Woman you're indulging into something that would kill Mauli and you have the audacity to say this to her and say you don't wanna lie or hurt her?

She has feelings for him, no issues, coz heart matters you can't control, I understand and not gonna judge her on that. But when you start to act on those feelings knowing they're not right and trying to be freindly with Mauli at the same time, it's nothing more than hypocrisy and two faced.

So I think Nandini wants to have Mauli's friendship but at the same time she doesn't wanna give up on Kunal either.

Seriously hope they don't show her wanting Mauli's consent to stay as second wife of Kunal like another show which was aired in this slot previously... It'll be the final nail in the coffin for Nandini's butchering.

@ bold, so so true. She comes across as quite selfish...writers surely are confusing viewers
I don't think this was how they had envisioned her character initially.
As a viewer, I feel sad that my empathy towards N in this latest torture episode was much less
than how I felt for her in the initial episodes, even though I condone it totally
No woman should be subject to any such torture and abuse, no matter what
It's like the writers are forcibly shoving this upon us to justify her casual
attitude to this EMA with her bffs Husband.

Ofcourse , the same can be said of K too. He wants to have the cake & eat it too...
Big Time Loser 😡

But I can still understand her first thoughts to call her Bff. It was like an instant
subconscious move when in trouble.
She not feeling guilty about her backstabbing is the really disturbing part 😕

But that aspect of the show was always going to happen whether you deem it morally right or not. I am not diverting the topic. I think a lot of the replies on this post are making fun of Nandani/angry at her for asking for help when Rajdeep was in her house. I'm glad the episode worked out in the way where even though she called Kunal and Mauli it was still Nandani that stood up for herself. Additionally, she didn't get upset when Kunal and Mauli didn't come to her rescue. I feel like a lot of people have the instinct to call for help when they are in danger. And when it happens, theres no time to think twice about it (aka think about the affair) and that's what Nandani did in that situation. That's why I'm having a hard time processing why people had a difficult time understanding Nandani's actions.

And Nandani does have goodness in her heart. She wasn't living in Mauli's house for free, she cooked for them literally every day. That sounds funny but she prepared feasts for these people, I can barely make two items without taking a million years. She's also a forgiving person and sees the good in people all the time, even if that's Rajdeep. Also I wish we were given more depth to her character so we would understand her more but we haven't and that's unfortunate. She is also learning how to be independent and resilient. She has setbacks and people take that as her being weak but you can't go from point A to point B overnight. Plus the writers suck sooo

First part of your answer make sense now.
About the goodness part i don't agree.what make you say that she is good at heart..Crying 24hrs doesn't make someone innocent or naive...I can't consider cooking as a sign of goodness, atmost I can take it as a sign of gratitude, not goodness. And your point about her being forgiving and sees goodness in people all the time comes across as an assumption only because I don't remember any scenes which implies towards it.
Majority of us who are criticising Nandini here started watching this show for its bold concept only..We were also excited for grey leads..but in my opinion both Kunan comes across as pure black characters not grey due to the poor character development by the makers and uper se them trying to glorify EMA as something divine is not helping either.
There is nothing wrong in enjoying or rooting for a Grey/black character..But when you start justifying their actions and start finding faults in the victims to defend them that's when it becomes a concern.

you are oversimplifying what Nandani has been through. I understand you don't agree with the premise of the show but that doesn't mean you criticize every aspect of Nandani. She has layers, faults, goodness, and she has been through traumatic experiences like humans usually go through. You can't take an event from her life and keep berating her and insinuate that she deserves to be raped. That is what almost everyone in this post is saying, that Nandani deserves all the things thats been happening to her because she is making a mistake.

I think you've completely misunderstood what people are criticising her for... Nobody here has said she deserves to be abused or raped and no one here is making fun of her situation...everyone in this post is saying that here??? Where???...Absolutely not...
What we are trying to understand is why Mauli takes a precedence over everyone else when she is in any kind of dire trouble... Not even Kunal comes close to the trust she has on that Mauli will be the one to come to her when a problem hits her...hence so many calls to mauli and so few to Kunal...
Then why does this same woman not make Mauli her priority in the other aspects of her life...like probably not having an affair with that very friend's husband...or telling her what an absolutely despicable man he is for harbouring such thoughts for her...Mauli had told her about Rajdeep...she is not even shown having some introspection and guilt or probably a little shame...
I avee seen mocking posts about Mauli being dumb mahaan and what not... It is a little amusing that the person who is so dumb and irritatingly Mahaan is frantically called forr help in any crisis situation... If a character like mauli cant be given her due respect why would anyone expect that Nandini's behaviour will not be frowned upon Here?
She wants Mauli to do everything for her and yet she has snatched away Mauli's deems dear to her and is cntinuingg merrily...
What she is doing is not a mistake...it is a very grave mistake and a sin in her case because the person she is deceiving here is Mauli...
So far I havent seen any goodness in her... Other than going to the mandir to fulfil the wish...
And what you deem as a mere mistake, how will it impact Mauli?
I am not talking about Kunaal here because this is about Nandini...

If I had a friend who came to me everytime something went wrong and expect me to help and then she bites me behind my back without having the decency to tell me what's going on, I will literally hate her. If I tell you that come to me when you have a problem and I will solve it for you, then it's my genuine concern so that you don't have to suffer but you are not decent enough to return me my behavior, I would take it for sometime and then show you a way out my life. Because I am not entitled to babysit. We even don't sare our relatives, parents, siblings for such kind of behavior. Every relationship is a 2-way thing and it can't run on honesty of one person.
I don't care if someone said something wrong about me but my question is why were they comfortable in telling you that. And this makes a whole difference. You were weak enough to not defend me or you didn't want to defend me as onnsome level you enjoyed that.

If my bestfriend's BF flirts with me then it is my moral responsibility to let her know what a douchebag she is dating and then take the further action. Something Mauli did but Nandini isn't doing.

Friendship is much more risky as any external blow, people leave it. People chose family, love, spouses over friendships even when friend might be saying the right thing. But still the responsibility doesn't die if you truly care about the friend.

As for Nandini, I think she doesn't have any thinking of her own. She literally needs someone to make her realize or see things. She needed Kunal to make her realize her marriage with Rajdeep. She just jumps on the things without thinking, believes other people without thinking why other people are saying this to her and when the situation goes overboard, she escapes the place and cry or take some major step to harm herself. She needs people to protect her- family, friends, husband and rarely would fight for themselves. And I can say this because I have seen people like her in real. And they end up being called selfish at the end of the day.

Frankly , I don't have any sympathy left in me for nandini . Dil se majboor bechari aurat is going through hell , broken and all..I feel she is doing the same to mauli...she is so immune to the torture now that she doesn't mind if anyone else goes through it because of her . I hate to say this but I got sadistic pleasure when maulis mom refused to let her be a part of their celebration . Just the pati ne choda ya is ne choda , apshagun was crap otherwise her questions were valid . She has a brain or she uses only kunal and maulis brain for thinking ?it's a celebration in maulis family , what was she doing there without invitation ? Kunal is hopeless , uska apna dimag kahan hai nandini ka? Why does she dress up like chammak challo all the time , there can be simplicity too in make up and dressing, during this phase when she is traumatised . And this is the beginning ..she will never get any respect even if kunal marries her by divorcing mauli ..she will always be called a homewrecker.

She is lying to mauli about cafe thing, why this guilt ? Guilt for lying till kunal tells mauli or guilt for falling in love with maulis husband or guilt for destroying maulis life ? How is she good at heart ?

True ,no woman deserves abuse ..this is the life chosen by nandini herself and two makers are trying hard to invoke sympathy for nandini by bringing in rajdeep but they won't succeed..a broken woman is breaking somebody's home ..

For dressing, I think it's makers issue that they give same sort of dress and jwellery to everyone to bring consistency. This is a dept makers have faltered to pay attention to.

I think what Nandini expects is sharing Kunal with mouli and mouli accept it like that. So the 3 can live together. Except this I can't think anything of what is going on in Nandini's brain
