I do not think Mauli will know yet, else why would she set up the whole bedroom scene. She knows something is wrong with Kunal but she is connecting it with work pressure. I guess after the bedroom scene she might get a doubt but if Kunal apologizes than she might be Ok again. I think truth and dare confession would be only for Nandini.

Kunal reaction if Rajdeep hurts Nandini would be the turning point and then may be Mauli will start connecting dots but that's a big IF there.
