Mahmud Ghaznavi stopped Shobha from escaping from the palace.

Mahmud Ghaznavi mocks Shobha and states that he had ruined her family. He adds that the princess was at the edge of his sword. Shobha requests the Sultan to allow her to take the necklace, which Gangsarvagya had given her. Mahmud Ghaznavi pays no heed to her request.

Mahmud Ghaznavi is about to strike a blow to kill Shobha, when Kirit Chalukya regains consciousness and injures the Sultan. Before dying, Kirit tells Shobha to take care of herself. Shobha is overwhelmed.

Shobha seizes the opportunity , picks up the necklace and escapes from the palace.

At that moment, Bhanuman and his soldiers reach the chamber. Mahmud Ghaznavi orders Bhanuman and his soldiers to nab Shobha before she could escape.

Shobha manages to reach the chariot in which Puru has been waiting for him. Bhanuman gets apprehensive when a soldier informs them that Shobha has escaped. However he gets elated when Anairaj informs Bhanuman that he has tampered the wheel of the chariot. Impressed with his act, Bhanuman appoints Anairaj as the commander of Bharuch.

As expected by Bhanuman, the chariot in which Shobha was traveling loses it balance and Shobha, Gayatri Devi and Puru meet with an accident.

The subjects of Bharuch get shocked when a messenger from Bharuch informs them about Mahmud Ghaznavi's invasion. He adds that Bhanuman has been crowned as the new king of Bharuch, while Anairaj has been appointed as commander.

The subjects refuse to accept Bhanuman as their king and attack the messenger.

Baba Hazrat informs Mahmud Ghaznavi that his mother was critically ill and was longing to see him.

Rudrabhadra gets elated when Bhairav brings an unconscious Dadda Chalukya. Rudrabhadra believes he has got an opportunity to seek revenge from Dadda Chalukya for his insult.
